Save 10 euro on a flight spend 50 euro on calls...

Absolutely unreachable, abysmal service and generally a crap company.

Lack of communications and no response to emails. No telephone numbers in the weekend.

Booked a flight to Portugal for the 15th of august and wanted to change it. End result is that our flight is not changed and the date has passed so cannot change it anymore.

I tried calling multiple times, but either on wait for more then an hour and thrown out of the system or could not get through. Emailed with more explanation and got again standard answer back.

Reason for not being able to change ourselves directly at Ryanair was we have a wrong booking code from you.

So am really disappointment in your service. We could have change the flight easily is the last days!

Scraper-site. This means you order through them, they can charge you whatever they want and NO customer support. If you want to waste your money go on. No point in booking through this site! Go to the right instance before giving them the chance to rip you off.

Immediately after I realized that I entered a two-day earlier flight date for the booking Brussels-Madrid (July 28 instead of July 30) I sent 18 minutes later an e-mail with request for date change. The e-mail was acknowledged with a case number immediately. Nothing else happened within the advertised 24 hours for responding to the request. Nothing happened also to repeated requests sent next day (July 21) with filling in the form provided online by Vliegtickets.be. No way to communicate with an associate or anybody as of the time of this review - July 26, 2021, 2:15 am. The booking was left unchanged, the tickets - wasted and money lost. No fair game play with Vliegtickets.be. Be aware of their robotic one way approach to customers and book with them on your own risk. Even better – avoid them.

vliegticket is good , thanks for your services but the big problem is that they never answer the phone number and I used to much credit of mobile and also they answer our email too much late at least one week.

I am still waiting for the cancelling of my reservation, or the transformation of it, into a voucher for later use. The US Embassy refused my visum for reason of the Pandemic.

I booked a return ticket on your website from Belgium to South africa via Lufthansa. Afterwards it turns out that the return flight is not allowed according to the Gerrman Ministry. Now I am awaiting news from your office whether I can cancel the ticket and get a refund.
I would have expected your website not to propose flights that are not allowed.
Hopefully you can still help me to get my 566 Euro back as I am a student.
