Easy, transparent and not as darned pushy as booking.com and all these other half scammer sites.

excellent work
quite on time and the service was OK
Easy, quick and simple
Easy, never being deceived in terms of pricing, timing and information provided. Quick and simple comparison of possible flights.
superwebsite
Good price and airlines
Good price and airlines. The flights were good.
Recently I had to change a ticket
Recently I had to change a ticket. The person in the phone was very effective and KIND. She really was committed to help. She wrote an email reminding me to make the payment so the change of the ticket will go forward. Her name is Michella, Thank you!!
Fast and reliable, could be more honest tho
Fast and reliable, but not very honest about purchase process pressure to increase price with options within a tiny deadline
...
Good experiences!
Don't use Vliegtickets at all costs!
Bad webpage interface resulted in double payment. I still can't get my money back. Also, Vliegtickets don't send invoices - you cannot find the amount you paid anywhere! Make sure you take a screenshot right after you pay - that is the only place you will see the amount.
Also no reminders to check in online.
Expensive booking costs.
Our flight just did not exist
Our flight just did not exist. We received a flight number that was not an existing flight number. I had to call myself to ask what was the problem. Then all of a suthen the flight was supposedly cancelled. I didn't believe it at all. They should have contacted me if the flight was indeed cancelled. They booked a new flight for me, also the flight number non existing. I had enough of it and booked a new flight myself. A lot of money gone because of this company.
I bought TuiFly tickets from vliegtickets.be
I bought TuiFly tickets from vliegtickets.be under their 'lowest price' warranty. Directly after booking I went to the site of TuiFly for some information and found out that TuiFly was 160 euro cheaper! When I contacted vliegtickets.be, they said that the company where the tickets come from don't count... (point 7 of their terms)... What a joke. Don't do business with them. They just add a lot of profit on something that you can buy directly. I would say Vliegtickets.be is a scam or fraudulous site because they claim to pay back the difference....
Added after "response" from Vliegtickets.be: Yes you advertise with big titles the "guaranteed" lowest price and afterwards in the conditions, the customer can dig up in small letters the fact that the original airline where the tickets came from is excluded... If the only thing you can do is adding profit to something everybody has access to, I suggest you change business. You're scamming people -like me- who trust the initial view and don't look further.

A scam.
A scam.
I bought tickets yesterday. Now i receive a mail from them saying that if i do not supply them with a copy of my passport AND credit card, that my ticket will not be validated and that the price will keep rising, until they are no longer available, and bought by someone else!

Deceptive
First they show you one price (which is often higher than the one you will find on the airline's website). Then, after one step, they add a 10 EUR "service fee" (which is *mandatory*). On the very next page, they try adding more fees (you can avoid those, if you are careful enough). Finally, at the very last step, they add another *mandatory* fee of 27,50 EUR, conveniently named "booking costs". Oh, and if you want to pay with your credit card, prepare to pay 12,50 - 17,50 EUR extra! That's up to 55 EUR (!) of fees you cannot avoid on top of the price which was not that great to begin with!
With these unfair practices, non-competitive offers and really poor reviews, I don't expect them to survive much longer.
