My flight change went from a one hour…
My flight change went from a one hour wait in Amsterdam to Brussels to an 8 hour layover. That is ridiculous. It isn't possible noone at your company could come up sith a better plan. The train is a better plan than an 8 hour layover. 8 hrs is an entire day. I could probably get there on s bike faster.

Price hiked up after booking. Was expected to pay more than double. Other platforms have a direct connection with airlines so this kind of suprises cannot happen. Would not book here again.

Your partnerdeal with Ryanair is not fair to the customer.
Ryanair is pushing towards vouchers and it seems impossible to get a refund.
The amount of refund is lower than we have payed to vliegtickets.be.
Where did that money go to? Into your pockets I assume.
In order to get my money back I will give bad reviews about vliegtickets.be and disencourage everyone to make use of this site.
I hope you know that bad customers reach much more people positive reviews.
As you are not focussing on customer centricity, sooner or later it will blow up in your face.

You can find really good rates if you search regularly!
Booking/payment really easy.
You get the option for choosing seats for a fee.
I'll use it for sure again!

Do not trust Vliegtickets.be
Really disappointed. On the moment I bought my tickets online they explicitly requested to put only my first surname and my first family name, I did it. But after consulting I found out that I had to add my other names also because in South America we have more than one. The costumer service request now 80 extra euros to add my other names. This was clearly Vliegtickets.be mistake. I recommend people not to trust this website.
