Purchased a "Cherry Blossom Bouquet" pop-up card for Valentine's Day in mid-January. Not only did updates stop from shipping two weeks after the purchase date (the card arrived on March 18, 2026, for reference -- more than 2 months after the purchase date), but the card is of poor build quality and one of the bindings for the pop-up bouquet broke upon opening the card and attempting to assemble it together. As legitimate as a business as they MIGHT be, this was a horrendous experience and I do not intend to purchase from them again

This company has not yet delivered me what I ordered roughly 2 months ago. As if that was not enough, the first tracking number they gave me was saying it was in a warehouse in Portugal.
Now they've given me another tracking number saying the product IS STILL IN CHINA.
And these thieves refuse to give me a refund. This is legalized robery, and this company has to end.

The item i ordered was damaged and arrived after 3 months. They dont wamt to refound it. Its totally awful

Ordered E-Ink Screen Tracker (Order 2915M250213). Received completely wrong product (MC1 Wireless Tag Dual, no E-Ink). Seller first lied ("correct product"), then admitted "system problem" and "out of stock" – no replacement possible. Now demands I pay expensive return shipping to China, despite clear EU law requiring seller to cover costs for wrong delivery. Offered only $5 "compensation" to keep wrong item. Poor service, dishonest – avoid!

There was no 0 star option. Don’t Buy anything from them. They bought the items from China. I bought the same item from Temu, mutch cheaper !

Order an item 72 days ago. Still hasn’t arrived and every time I try to arrange a refund or update on where the product is, I get sent the same tracking link.

Very disappointed and still waiting for a refund.

Try to cancel the order, previous they send it, and they send it anyway.
I ask it for cancelation 12 hours before they send it, the receive (and reply) the email 5 hours before they send it, and 2 hours after they send it, they excused.
Also they charge with a 25% extra as "tax" that they dont tell you until you have the charge.
Pure scam. Don't buy from them

This was an absolute scam!
I bought what I thought was a 24 day advent box of stationery. It was made to look like a genuine company's work and had the company name (Martha Brook) on the box, using the same packaging and pictures as the genuine Martha Brook's company uses. It was all very pretty on the outside and the covers for the individual days were also pretty, but the contents were garbage.

When the parcel arrived a month after I purchased it, I was surprised it was so lightweight. It was essentially junk and definitely not what I paid for. There were 2 x cheap plastic pens for the first two days and much of the remainder was cheap looking bookmarks, a couple of small Christmas cards, 2 tiny bulldog clips, a single paper clip, 2 tiny rolls of washi tape (tiny in size and diameter), a small post it pad with not many pages.

Extremely disappointing and not worth $80 NZ. Even with the packaging, I doubt it's actual value would be more than $10 at most. I placed my order on 13 Oct 24 and it arrived 15 Nov 24. A big lesson to me to check things out properly to avoid scammers like this before purchasing online.

The packaging design of this serum is top-notch. Conveniently sized for my toiletry bag, it is easy to maneuver for precise application. The sleek design appeals to modern aesthetics. I particularly love the clear demonstration of usage on the outer cover, making it user-friendly. Indeed, it's a visually satisfying product.

Pathetic service.
I ordered a product which never arrived.
After one and a half months waiting, the reason given in the tracking page was that the address I gave was incorrect. Also, that the delivery guy had called me and I had hung up. Both obviously false and just lies/excuses.
They offer to either send the product again but you have to pay partially for the previously ordered product, plus a new shipping fee; or they offer to refund the money (minus the shipping fee).
The tracking page is all about information on movement within the USA. This is obviously all false as the product comes from China.
In short a scam.

This is a scam. I send a email to support 2 weeks ago and gotr no answer. Also, the 5 star reviews here are about generic items, not the site itself. Stay away, use your money somewhere else

This site is a scam, I ordered a smart watch on the 22/12/23 to date I can't get a straight answer as to where my package is and I can't contact seller, so don't purchase anything from them. I was not going to give them any stars but apparently you have to give them at least one to be able to comment on service.

I didn’t want extra shrinkage after washing and this held up very well.

This company isn’t very good.
It has been well over a month and they can’t trace my order and I didn’t receive a straight answer as to where or when I will ever receive my goods!!
Am not impressed never use this company!

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I am never ordering from them again! I placed the order on 1st August and it's now 25th September and still no sight of it! i had the worst customer service experience with them. They don't even reply to my follow ups anymore and more importantly, they don't refund your money! Never again!

Very nice quality. Extra thick and wash very very well.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I cant give less than 1 star - if I could I would out 0. I bought this dress and it is nothing like the photos. What I received was a white dress with gold leaf and half the tassels and tassels broken. I have emailed their customer service team - which is a joke. I got an apology and that feedback will be given to manufactures. I have asked for a return address to return the dress and confirmation of a refund as its false advertising and not what I purchased. Round and around in circles with the same response - I received a product so that's that but feedback will be given to manufactures. I would like my money back as I DIDNT RECEIVE WHAT I PAID FOR! Looking at previous reviews - the picture of what that received is not what I got. I will continue to write these reviews and feedback until I get the correct response
