No information about problems or status.
When I submitted my VOG request, I got email that my request is received and that I should be getting a follow up email from Justis within 24 hours. Which didn’t come!
There was no possibility to track my request to understand what's going on, Also, I got no message about the problem and the delay for another 6 days!
I was in the on-boarding process for my new job, where VOG is an important part of the process.
The starting date was planned pretty soon, so not having a VOG or any information about the status made me quite nervous.
I have used VOG-aanvraag a few times before without a problem. So I beleive, improving communication about status & problems would make this service great again! :)

I can understand your situation. Unfortunately there was a technical problem at Dienst Justis for serveral days. We tried to inform everyone as soon as we knew that it was a major technical issue. Sorry that you did not receive an e-mail about the situation.

Fastest experience ever
They are fast and easy to use. I filled and submitted the form on weekend. The next working day, my certificate was issued and sent to my mail. I only get it in 3 days while I was expecting it from one week onwards. Besides, they are cheap. I will definitely recommend this company and use it in the future. Thank you
