Shipping and delivery went as described. While the product itself has no apparent faults, the fabric is of poor quality - very thin, easy to stretch with the threads separating and not coming back to its original shape. I can't tell if it's silk, really. I have silk scarves (verified) that feel different. Returning it is deliberately hard and costly, which probably speaks volumes about the intentions. A somewhat expensive lesson I learned today.

I received my neck chief & to say I was ecstatic 🤩 is an understatement, the quality of the fabric the overall finish is marvellous.
I will definitely be ordering more in fact one every month till I feel I have enough.

I bought after seeing the ad on facebook and was happily surprised that it is exactly as in the photo (which doesn't always happen nowadays online) Everything was fine and i will buy more in the future

I am an elder person and the store was easy to navigate and the foulard looks even better in person.

Despite having to wear formal clothes most of the time, these beautiful scarves are the perfect way to add a touch of color, already got 4 of them but will buy more and the price is very fair and shipping was fast. Thanks.

Scarf was ok but I received a similar one from elsewhere so wished to return this one. My fault for not reading the returns policy but I would need to return the scarf to China at my expense to get a refund which is inconvenient and I have no idea when I would get my refund. Just wanted to make others aware of the process before they buy from this company!

Great customer service as I really needed the order to be delivered as soon as possible as a gift and they shipped it very quickly.
This is not my first order so regarding quality i was sure the scarves would be lovely again and indeed my sister was very happy.

I was skeptical to buy silk scarves because they were so well priced but I can confirm they look and feel great. The fabric is very smooth and soft, happy customer here.

TERRIBLE ! The quality is very low and to return the items you have to ship it to China at your costs. I have other silk garments and these one are not even close in terms of quality. They dont even have a label

“Made in china”, shipped from China and no certificate about silk. Disappointed and didn’t get my money back!
They should have mentioned that the goods are made in China and shipping country is China, not Italy.

Was disappointed with product quality and requested a refund in July.

Product was posted as instructed to China but returned to Australia in December.

Will never purchase from this company again.

I was very pleased to find the scarves of such good quality. The designs are lovely. The actual colour's are as in the photo and better. Great variety. And a fair price. I bought three sofar and will likely continue to add to my collection.

I bought 1 pc Aliya Foulard, unfortunatelly, it had to claim the product because of poor quality. Based on photos, the seller accepted the claim: "Our internal staff has analyzed the case, we are proceeding to send you the product at no additional cost, of the quality suitable for the name and image of our company." It took a while and I had to reach out the customer service repeatedly and push to dispatch the product. The problem was, once it arrived, that this substitution product was even of worse quality than the first one. Again sent the pics to the seller, their statement: "The products you have received are exactly as shown and described. If you'd like to get a full refund, you can send the product back in line with the return policy." Return address in China, of course. I absolutely do not recommend to buy here. Terrible stiches, you get the quality you are ashamed to wear.
I shared my experience also on their Instagram account, they deleted it and banned my account. Not professional.

I ordered two scarfs they were delivered after six days , sadly one had a slight imperfection along the seam.I contacted customer service and after a couple of emails and a photograph I was given a new scarf as a replacement without a quibble.

I like to buy silk scarves from big brands, obviously they come with a much higher price, but I can happily say that these scarves are perfect for the price paid and they have so many designs, well done.

First time customer here. I saw the ad on facebook and decided to try - i am pleasantly surprised, good quality silk.

The foulards are beautiful, some styles are quite unique and shipping was quite fast. I will buy more in the future.

Overall satisfied with my order. The customer care helped me to understand the sizes, and the silk is pleasant to the touch, all good.
