I didn't realise until I had ordered it…

I didn't realise until I had ordered it that it's from China because they don't state anywhere on the website where the bags are made. I just noticed recently when I tracked the shipping that they ship directly from China and that's why it's taking such a long time to arrive. I think they MUST tell in the products description where it's made and what materials are used. Also when someone asked in TikTok is the Nora bag a dupe to the Balenciaga's city bag, they replied saying "it's not, the bag is only inspired by it"... that's bs. They get the bags from dh gate which is very known for selling very real looking designer bags etc. and lastly their alma bag is 64,99€ (real price 119,99€), u can legit get it urself from Temu or shein for around 35€ so guys, don't waste ur time or money!! ik other businesses do this too but at least they tell where they're from, that's very important because I thought I'd be getting the bag from Europe and not China which is unacceptable, I do not want to support child labor nor bad working conditions.

My daughter ordered a shopping bag

My daughter ordered a shopping bag. First we received a mail that the box was damaged. I had to contact Vogilia myself. Afterwards Vogilia gave us 2 options: sending another bag or get our money back. We chose option 1 since my daugter still wanted the bag. I had to contact them again because the bag never arrived. They assured me I would get my money back within 10 days. We are now 15 days later and still nothing on my account. I assume this is scam. I hope they are very happy with this kind of actions: dissapointing little girls with big dreams ...
