Thank you for leaving a review of your experience with VoguePay. Contrary to your feedback, we have a good number of our users who have enjoyed very good services and are happy to recommend our payment gateway. And there are tons of them.


We became aware that a few of our new users had issues with verifying their phone numbers. Your verification was affected by this technical bug. But is has been fixed in the past weeks. However, the issues you raised about the security of the site and safety of data is misleading. VoguePay is a PCI DSS Level 1 global payment institution that support more than 70,000 merchants globally who have used our platform to accept millions of dollars monthly. As a country operating in EU, we also comply with GDPR and protect customers data.

Contrary to your opinion, a good number of our users have very good experience of our services and are happy to recommend our payment gateway. And there are tons of them.

Unfortunately, we are also sad with your experience and have reached out to provide you feedbacks via our customer support team to clarify the issues you raised here.


For record purposes, I believe this demand some clarifications:


1. Is VoguePay fee high or ridiculous ?

VoguePay charges reflect the value we provide. Unlike others that charge monthly subscriptions, our platform is free to use and you only pay when your transactions and withdrawals are successful. 2. Can you withdraw money less than 1485 euros?

There is a withdrawal threshold for payments received in USD, Euro and GBP. But there is a caveat that allows you to withdraw less amount, but it will attract a surcharge. Simply send a mail to support@voguepay.com with such demand.

Am happy to tell you your money is NOT stuck.

But first, let me apologize for the series of odd experiences you had with our services.

Taking a closer look, here is what went wrong.

As a user of our payment service, you are required to verify your phone number. If you forget to do this, you won't be able to complete transactions.

We sent you an activation link for phone verification which expires in a 30-minute window as a security measure against fraud. Unfortunately, it appears you clicked it after this period.

This sums up the issue you experienced.
