I can't rate the help we've had from the VoiceMap team highly enough - they're flexible, patient, full of really sound advice, communicative, and completely easy to work with making the whole process of publishing a tour absolutely enjoyable. Alicia was especially helpful and she's been there right from the beginning through to the end of the process and has never failed to provide accurate and clear advice and support efficiently just when I need it. The audio team were really helpful too and did a great job of making our tour feel fun in their final edit - even when I realised a mistake I'd make following their final edit, they worked their magic and managed to correct it without me having to re-record!
The help files on the VoiceMap website have been totally invaluable also - they've clearly been doing this for a long time and have generated help docs which are very clear and not only give you the answers you need, but are also easily searchable and seem to offer answers to questions I hadn't even realised I had.
This has been a great process and I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing our new audio tour fly. After waiting nearly 7 years to create this tour and looking at so many other tech options I'm really glad we ultimately came back to VoiceMap to produce this... they were the first option we looked at working with years ago anyway!

Working withVoiceMap has allowed me to transform a hobby, travelling and my interest in history, into a job that allows me to thoroughly enjoy the process then sit back and reap the benefits for years to come.
My family and I no longer ask ourselves: "where shall we go on holiday?" but, "Where can we do a VoiceMap your."

Life changing meeting

Help was there every step of the way. I was not left wondering what to do next. I was given sound advice. Suggestions were not only well thought out but delivered in a professional way that made me fell that the success of my tour was VoiceMaps main concern.

This is my third tour for VoiceMap and I've already thought of several more I'd like to create. The process is surprisingly simple, but questions still kept popping up and my editor, Stephan Delporte, was amazingly patient, clear, and helpful in every way. His suggestions always improved the text. My hat is off to Stephan for his talent in helping me share what I love about my city.

Love this App. I have travelled for years I only wish that I would have found this company years ago. Good price, great content, I will be back.

I'm a blogger based in France and for years I had the dream to create digital tours about the amazing places I write about on the blog.
Luckily about a year ago, on a trip to Paris, I discovered Voice Map and have since created two tours with them!
The experience has been absolutely amazing! I've been working closely with Ren, my tour editor and he has been so supportive and responsive anytime I had a doubt or a question. He really helped me create two tours that I'm very proud of!

VoiceMap tours are a great way to learn history while having fun. History doesn't have to be dull!

I've been using VoiceMap for self-guided tours all over the world, I think it's a great way to discover new cities during travelling.

They also provide a platform for creating your own tour. The process seemed daunting at first, but having an editor helping you through the process made the whole experience much more streamlined, Gary's feedback was invaluable. The resulting tour ended up great.

I would definitely say that I needed a lot of hand holding, patience and knowledge which Alicia demonstrated at every step of the way! I cannot say thank you enough! VoiceMap was so user-friendly and clear from a creator's standpoint and doing the practice run and listening to the tour myself. I loved the extra touches and tips that spell professionalism and thoroughness. Alicia's team were equally easy to work with, adding the finishing touches.
