They are dishonest

They are dishonest, do not buy tickets from them. 10 hours after purchasing a ticket through their platform, they sent me an email asking for an additional payment of approximately 50% of the ticket price due to an increase by the airline, which supposedly happened at the time of payment. Interestingly, the email informing me of this arrived the next day, and the company's employees had the audacity to claim they sent it the previous day. Clearly, they are slow, unreliable, and incapable of working adequately
