Used a comparison website for a level 3 building survey and whilst there were a few different companies, Adam's sample reports looked very thorough and in depth compared to others and his CV is incredible. Price was also great. Adam was easy to communicate with for the booking, payment and even after the report answering queries with very detailed and helpfup responses. I cannot recommend volarex enough and would instantly use them again in the future. The level 3 survey gave us so much peace of mind and reinforced things we already knew but gave us insights into things we didn't but were able to get estimates from companies of the work required prior to exchanging contracts. Adam is extremely dedicated to his work and delivers excellent high standards. Thank you so much!

Adam & Volarex did a top job delivering a L2 survey for a mid-terraced house in West Yorkshire. The survey was very thorough and delivered the next day after the survey took place. You can pay a lot more for a lot less, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a survey.

The whole process from a quotation from Adam to completion of survey very smooth. All correspondence with Adam was consistent, all questions answered promptly he was available for consultation at anytime. The survey report was available the next day as suspected very detailed very happy with his professionalism would highly recommend his company and services.

Adam did a level 2 survey for our new home within a week of us requesting this and we had the report the following day. The report was very comprehensive, easy to read and helpful for us to know the areas in which our future home will need to be developed. I reached out to Adam in urgent need of a home buyers survey for a property I am purchasing. Property needs a lot of refurbishment and I needed the survey doing quite quickly. Adam liaised with the estate agents and we managed to get the survey done within a week.
