Update:
After not having a working product for over a year and shipments from manufacturers being slow, it seems there is going to be another summer without my board from voltaboards. They haven't been answering mail or calls on WhatsApp or answered on the ticket i created on their website.

Lack of communication and shipping
I've been waiting for a good 2 and a half weeks now. First they said there was an error with the website that the board wasn't in stock yet. Ok, errors happen don't mind waiting a few more days. Then they just keep delaying my order, keep saying it should be here in 1-2 days and then we will send it instantly when we have them. But here I am still waiting.....
Also the communication is not the greatest, I tried phoning them a couple of times but keep getting directed to voice-mail. Whatsapp looked like the best communication with them, but when it comes to not so interesting questions they keep you on wait. Like, when am I getting my board?! But in a more professional way.
If you really want 1 day shipping, get it on bol.com if you're going for the koowheel kooboard 2018 edition.

Good try, at the end bad service
I have to edit this revieuw. At the end Bad service. Very late or no replay to message. They repaired my koowheel twice. One hub was coming off. Second repair they used glue (locktight?). But hub is loose again, only one now unable to reach the screw to tight up due the glue. Waranty is over I think. Still silence... 🦉
