There was a delay on my first order which was outside of their control but I received a phone call to tell me why and when it would be delivered. It was delivered before they said it would.
On my second order, they had what I wanted in stock and it was delivered extremely promptly.

Ordered a replacement inverter. First thing in the Monday morning I recieved a dispatch email and the money was taken from my card.
Later that day I recieved an email from dpd to say the delivery was cancelled.
I called Voltacon to see what was happening and was told to ignore the email from dpd as it was a phishing email.
When I said that I also got the same message by following the tracking number they had given me he git annoyed and said he would have to check to see if they had the inverter in stock. I mentioned that they had taken the funds and issued a despatch email and he said that's standard practic.
I then said I would call back the next day to get an update. I was unable to do this and in all fairness they called me on the Wednesday morning to say they dont have the inverter I want in stock and it will b April before they have any in. I asked for a refund and it was issued promptly.
The 3 stars are due to the fact that they took my money eleven though they didnt have the inverter in stock and it then took days for me to be able to use the funds due to clearance. Also they still have that inverter in stock according to their website so people could still be paying for something that's not available.

Ordering online is very straight forward, and any issues are followed up very quickly. Excellant support fromcustomer support team who were able to offer options on out of stock or long delivery times.

Additional Pylontech US5000 battery purchased and added to my current system, this battery is so easy to install and Voltaconsolar price is amazing with excellent 2 day delivery to Northern Ireland. Once again thank you all.

The Team at Voltacon are the best, especially Andrie, who's patience and expertise is impeccable. Andrie guided me through the installation from start to finish. If your thinking of getting solar installed, my advice would be speak to Voltacon, I cannot thank them enough. I installed my solar equipment myself. ( i am not a electrician by any standard).once again Voltacon thanks.

So far so good. Nothing is working yet because I'm waiting for the Fogstar battery.

Item arrived damaged and late (plus additional items I didn't order !). Once I spoke with them, things got put right quickly. I would use them again and hope that this was just a "one-off". Overall, I'm happy with the service and product I purchased and would've given a higher score if the above issues had not occurred.

I ordered some items which were not available on other well known suppliers' websites- the items were priced competitively and were delivered on time, well packaged.

Good site and products. Rather slow with delivery - I was starting to get worried at the two week point - might have been a stock issue, but if so, it would have been nice to know.
I’d use again though.
