I had a afew queries before buying and they were answered very promptly and much appreciated.

Ordered 300 pounds of solar equipment 1st week of January. No confirmation email. Phoned them and said they was overrun by Christmas orders by an Indian I could just understand. Tried emails and contact forms, phoned everyday for the last week and it's been radio silent. Will be issuing a credit card charge back now. Avoid people.
Companies house does show a change of address in early Jan, not sure what to make of that.

I am disappointed with my experience with VoltaConsolar. I knowingly ordered and paid for BMS 485 boxes on January 1st, 2026. I immediately received a confirmation request, which I accepted, and since then, nothing. I don't even know if my package has been shipped, and I have no tracking information. I have sent three emails to VoltaConsolar to find out what's going on, and I haven't received a single reply. The status of my order on the shop app hasn't changed since January 1st.

Purchased an MPPT 20 days ago. Called the contact centre to check progress. Customer service based in India said that they were overwhelmed with orders over the Christmas period, and had a huge backlog. Tried to contact them now four days in a row to check the progress no answer left voice message no reply sent email no reply. I would avoid these like the plague.

Terrible service . Ordered a connector and an earth rod on December 7th 2025 , didn’t hear anything from them for days , emailed them for them to then reply on 27th stating they had now closed for Christmas and would get back to me on 5th January at the earliest , other vendors are managing to get stuff out to people without any issue yet this outfit seems to not care about potential repeat customers. Jokes on them really given the size of the order I’ve just placed from bimble solar that Voltacon probably would’ve benefitted from. Won’t use again under any circumstances .
