I ordered 3 rapid shut down switches which the website said where in stock, then after calling them about a week after the order i was told that i had been sent an email explaining the delay (no email ever arrived and i checked all my junk etc). Then had to wait 3 weeks before they arrived.

Not ideal, as if i had known they where out of stock i may have found what i wanted elsewhere.

Very quick delivery and items well wrapped up. The quality of the solar panels is excellent, I now have 3x400w easily producing over 1kw. TNT is the delivery company they are quick and efficient. Will Probably buy more panels later.

Great Service!

One of the panels that was ordered was delivered damaged. Reported and Andrei couldn't of be more in getting the damaged panel replaced as quickly as possible.

Ordered a mounting kit for 6 panels but they did not send enough and told me i needed to buy more.
Ordered more so I could get it installed for the customer on Tuesday. Paid £30 for delivery and on Friday they had still not shipped the additional parts. Zero communication regarding this and when said I needed it they didn’t even bother to put it on express delivery.

I couldn't have asked for any better deal than this.
The promptness in response and delivery. The customer service and everything was top notch!

Terrible experience! They sold me a product that did not perform as advertised. It was a complete hassle to return it, and now they are refusing to refund us. They are also bullying us with all sorts of false claims. Unbelievable company—it feels like it's run by a bunch of bullies and liars. Avoid them at all costs. We will take this as far as necessary; they won't get away with it.

Fast efficient

My experience with Voltacon was an absolute pleasure, with excellent communication throughout fast despatch despite them being mainland UK and me being in N.Ireland the panels arrived very quickly and well packaged. The Bifacial panels work an absolute treat. I would absolutely use them again, pity I can't give them 10 stars they deserve it.

Ordered a Victron Multiplus and it arrived in less than 24hrs, postage was very reasonable, the price was very competitive to other retailers and it arrived well packaged and is now working great Thanks

Great value for products ess inverter with solar panels I was given help where I had issues a few emails to try and explain my problem and they made me a video explaining all the assembly and my dilemma was solved happy now
