Complete scam. Ordered the Indiegogo scam 4 years ago and they send email updates comprised of motivational quotes. At least they stopped lying about ‘making progress towards shipment #1. Took everyone’s money then never even tried to make the product.

If i Could give 0 I would.
Can not believe such scams exist even in 2022.
Ordered one 5-6 months back, still have not received it. When issuing a refund, they just reply with machine generated emails.
After looking at the reviews here, seems I am not the only one and their unexpected technical difficulties are a part of the scam. WE SHOULD FILE A LAWSUIT!

If i can give ZERO star i will certainly give it. I have been trying to contact them to issue my refund since the wallet has not come within the timeframe stated. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

After 10+ email responses every year I still wonder when the fk am I going to receive my order!

The fact that their iOS app has not been updated since Aug 2, 2020 shows there is no active development!

12/03/2021 - That's the date of their last app store review, surely they're not manufacturing or dispatching as quick as they're saying, LIES!

I ordered wallet and charging pad in August 2018. I have received NOTHING.

I haven't been able to find a way to get in touch with them. The email address is undeliverable.

If i can give ZERO star i will certainly give it. I have been trying to contact them to issue my refund since the wallet has not come within the timeframe stated. I cannot believe i have been messaging and emailing the CS since MARCH 2022….. j just want to have my money back and knowing that there’s so many people has not received their order yet where exactly you guys use the Money on??????

I’ve made an order on Feb 9. I haven’t gotten it till March 11 and asked for refund. Still waiting for refund. This is unbelievable!!! Being Armenia, I tried to support Armenian business and see what happened. I should get my money back! I will even travel to Armenia and find Azat Tovmasyan or Narek Vardanyan or someone else from their team to ask what’s going on guys ???

Its a fraud and scam. Dont fall in this scam.

I backed Volterman in August 2017.

As at February 2022 I am still yet to receive my wallet. I’ve sent countless messages to ask for an update. Nothing meaningful, no indications. The closest that I got was the “next drop” in 2019. Still nothing.

This is by all means a scam even if I do receive a product at some point. I do not recommend to ever purchase products from this company.

If I could give zero I would. Absolute scam. Cancelled the day after order once i read reviews. Requested refund ...no refund received after several emails I will follow up with my CC company for assistance.

i advise you not to invest or buy a product with this company. I placed a perk on indiegogo for their product on May 2018 and after three years and a half, i have nothing. No real information from their customer service, the product they sell is just a huge scam.

For the existing customers who try to contact them since they suggest us to write to wow at volterman.com, here is the answer i received when i complained and asked for a refund: " I fully understand your concern, however, be sure we have never intended to disappoint you and make you think this way. I accept that the delays are not pleasant and acceptable. Please take into consideration that we had some difficulties at the beginning of our campaign which luckily we overcome and now we do our best to fulfill the rest of the perks as soon as possible. As you may know, delays are possible for startup campaigns. We are not guided by that and work harder every upcoming day.

As you may know, the Indiegogos policy allows a refund within 10 days after contribution, afterward, it is not available anymore. Please also note that the fund has been invested in the production process.

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you with any exact information about your perk delivery, as we are informed about the list of backers who will receive their perk nearly one week before shipping.

We will keep you aware once we receive new information about your perk.

Don’t buy it! I‘ve been waiting since November 2018! At this time, they had an „official“ (in my view fraudulent) estimated delivery time of 2-4 months. I thought Indiegogo and therefor Volterman were sirious. They are not.

Here is the official answer of the volterman support, dated January 7th 2022, when I can expect my delivery:

Short: If I „believed“ hard enough, maybe someday. Realistically, probably never.

As you may know, the refund is possible only within 10 days after making a contribution due to IndieGoGo's refund policy. Thus I am really sorry to inform you that refund is not possible at this stage as your contribution has already been invested in the mass production.

Nick, believe me, we have already shipped thousands of units to our backers and at this stage, we make all the efforts so as to fulfill the rest of the contributions as soon as it is possible.

It’s a big scam don’t buy the wallet. I ordered my wallet back in July 16th, every time I contact customer support they give me an excuse. I don’t believe that I will receive the wallet anytime soon
