I was extorted to pay €160 extra for shipping costs 15 days AFTER ordering and paying for the goods. If you can't calculate proper shipping costs during the order you should cover the expenses of your own inaptitude.

Item Arrived
Delivered with tracking number to the nearest post office.
Box arrived dilapidated, thank god no visible damage on the product so far but tomorrow we will know when I test drive it. I specifically requested the item to be wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid trouble but unfortunately they didn’t heed my request. I hate sending broken things back and forth.

I bought this electric skateboard and…
I bought this electric skateboard and used it twice and that’s a big problem, the charging system has an error and cannot be charged. I contact the customer service and they want time to send me back to them. I sent back for them about a month and no one follow up my case. That’s ridiculous and unacceptable. They don’t refund and they don’t repair the board and send back for me. Don’t buy anything from them. Their after sales service are terrible.

Ordered on recommendation from a friend. Site is very easy to use. I’ve ordered a hover board. It literally took me 2 minutes to buy. The spec looks great. The price is slightly more than on other sites I’ve seen but I think it’ll be worth it for the increased spec.
