Highly recommended

Just had a Zappi charger installed by Voltix and I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free.

Their communication was spot on, and they were able to schedule the installation within just a few days of my enquiry – really impressive turnaround. The installer was punctual, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was done to a high standard, and they left the area spotless afterwards.

The cost was great too – very competitive compared to others I looked at, with no hidden extras or surprises. The Zappi charger is working perfectly, and they took time to walk me through everything before they left.

Excellent and efficient service by both the engineer and the office. No fuss, great advice and quick response. Would highly recommend.

Very prompt response followed by installation done with a high level of workmanship and informative run through of how to set up and use the unit

Delighted by the job Voltix did fitting my EV charger. Great communication prior to installation. The fitter was very professional and the quality of his workmanship was exceptional. The charger was fitted neatly, with time taken to ensure hardly any cable work is showing. I would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Complete professionalism and efficiency.

Great service, communication and price.

Very impressive service right from asking for enough information to provide a competitive quotation, through booking in the installation, to carrying out a top/tidy job of installing and explaining the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have an ev charger installed.

I would highly recommend Voltix for the installation of a EV charger. They were extremely supportive with advice and guidance regarding models of charger, their benefits and the step by step process of installation beforehand. All pricing was clear and transparent and all communication was professional and timely.

5 stars all round!

Very satisfied with the service from Voltix. Everything handled professionally and in a timely manner. Installation of charger was done to a high standard and we're very happy with it.

Barry provided a very professional service for the ev charger installation. When on site he produced an alternative cabling route that had a better aesthetic result without the need for visible conduit in the original plan. He explained all the fitted equipment and after commissioning went through the Easee app to get the unit operational. Delighted with Voltix and to support a local company.

Brilliant experience from beginning to end.
Fast, knowledgable and install was first rate.
Definately recommend.

Thank you,

Had got a Hive EV Charger on the Black Friday sale but British Gas weren't available to install.
They had Voltix on their approved installers list, so I had reached out to them get a quote for installation.
I was aware of the EST Grant but they were quick to let me know it was closing in a couple of days. I just got my application in on time but ended up on a waiting list.
EST contacted me a fortnight or so ago and advised that I was eligible for the grant providing I could get it installed by the 1st of March.
Voltix were able to slot me in today.
The engineer was very knowledgeable and being new to the world of EV was prepared to answer some questions as well as provide details on what he was doing and why.
He has made a really good job both inside and outside the house, leaving both areas in a clean state.
He then took me trough the work he done and has taken pictures to help show that all relevant testing etc has been done and will pass these on.
He explained what I needed to do to register the Charger now that it has been installed.
Definitely will recommend Voltix for anyone that needs a charger installed in the future.

Very professional service, clean, tidy, efficient and explained everything in detail. Would definitely recommend

Great job. Very professional from start to finish.

Newbie to the EV world and did some research for charging installations. Went for Voltix and I have to say they provided an excellent service from planning, estimating and finally installation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, Gem and Barry could not have been more helpful. The charger was installed by Barry and he discussed the details of the job including cable routing and connection to the existing electrical system. He also ensured that I installed the correct app and set it up to suit my needs. So all in all a very positive experience from a customer perspective hence the five stars.

Had my Ohme pro charger installed yesterday, great customer service from start to finish. My installer arrived on time, took a couple of hours to complete Job (only had to turn power off for around 10 mins) very tidy job and works great.

Would highly recommend using voltix as other companies were around 6-8 weeks wait. Voltix had my charger installed within 1 week.

As a first time ev owner I felt clueless around charging it etc but the installer was very helpful and knowledgeable.
