Voltix EV Chargers  Reviews

Second time we have used the Voltix team for chargers. Great service from order to install - workmanship second to none. Would highly recommend.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish.
The care and attention that was paid to the planning and execution of the work was superb.
Each step explained clearly and all questions answered.
The quality of the work and the respect shown to our property could not be bettered.
This firm was recommended to me and I would have no hesitation in repeating that recommendation.

Barry arrived on time and was very knowledgeable regarding EV chargers and particularly the Ohme I was getting installed.

Had my Andersen A3 installed today by Voltix and installer Barry. I cannot fault the quality of the workmanship and install. Time taken to ensure the install is done neatly and properly. Don't waste time scouring the Internet for an installer, just go direct to Voltix and you won't be disappointed. Thank you sorting my install, will come direct to your for any future electrical work. Keep up the good work. Mohammad

I received faultless service throughout and the installation was very neatly done. I’m extremely happy

Highly recommend - was a complete pleasure dealing with Barry and Gem from start to finish. Provided lots of options and advice in relation to selecting our charger, we ended up going Zappi. Barry was great at installation, took the time to explain what he was going to do etc then gave a demo after. Was very competitively priced as well. Great experience.

Had a Hive EV charger installed. Excellent from start to finish. Upon initial enquiry, heard back within the hour, once photos where sent, a quote came back the same day and installation was booked within a good time frame.

Can’t speak highly enough of the electrician who attended, knew what his plan was before arriving, explained the process in great detail throughout the morning. Work completed to high standard, tested and fully demonstrated. Full details provided on how to register with hive and all warranty issues explained. Charger has been working great and no problems so far. Overall can’t speak highly enough of the company and individuals. Would highly recommend.

Great service from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout the process and the installation was smooth and most importantly tidy.

Really excellent service from initial discussion through to installation. Cannot fault anything. Recommend highly if you are looking for an installation of an EV charger.

I was recommended the company by a colleague for an EV Charger. I reached out to them for a quote and very quickly got a reply and was asked for some pretty basic pictures and a video to get an accurate quotation. A few questions went back and forth on WhatsApp and we agreed on an Ohme Charger. They arrived on time on the agreed date (within 2 weeks) and the quality of the work was excellent. Would highly recommend.

First class customer service from start to finish.
Gem was great at gathering information. providing the quotes, and carry out all of the admin side.......and Barry the installer was punctual, knowledgeable, tidy, and efficient.
So glad I opted for them rather than going through Octopus Energy.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience from start to end. Excellent customer service from Gem who's knowledge and expertise was phenomenal from first contact. Barry our engineer was outstanding - everything from his precision, vision in installing with maximum visual discretion and fabulous chat made the whole experience a pleasure. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great help to select charger at the early stage and the installer was thorough, conscientious, neat and tidy. A very professional service indeed.

Voltix were quick to respond and maintained good contact throughout. Lead time was short and the installation was quick, neat and tidy. Everything was well explained and clearly demonstrated. All documentation was EST compliant and dispatched next day following completion. Would highly recommend.
