Barry, the Voltix EV charger installer, arrived on time. The EV van was clean and Barry was impressive in professional clothing. Very knowledgable, Barry explained the installation process in depth and refusing a coffee, got straight to work. The installation was quickly and impressively completed with no mess (Barry had his own vacuum cleaner in the van). The charger was proved to be working when coupled to the van. A detailed explanation of how the HIVE charger works with the HIVE app was also given and questions answered. Then he was off to his next appointment.
When I ordered the EO Charger from HIVE they said no British Gas engineers were available to install the system but to contact their approved installer. I'm very pleased and totally satisfied with the service provided by Voltix and am glad I didn't have to rely on a Briitish Gas engineer.

Very fast easy communications and extremely thorough from the start - moreso than any of the bigger installers I had contacted. Quick to obtain quote and get booked in. Price comparable in the end, as most of those bigger installers would have outright refused or charged me extra fees to install! Engineer very friendly, knowledgeable, and made damn sure the box was up and running before he left, even contacting the manufacturer themselves on my behalf due to a minor glitch!

Excellent engagement from your engineer, who took us through the installation process in detail and also gave a detailed demo of the charger and the associated app. The installation wasn't straight forward due to a constrained underfloor access, but it was not an issue at all. Really pleased with the service.

Voltix did a fantastic job installing my Tesla wall charger. They gave me really great advice about it requiring a PEN fault device for safety which they fitted at the same time as the charger. Nice neat job with the wiring and they installed the charger exactly where I wanted it. Very happy customer and will definitely use them again if we need a second charger installed. Nice touch that their van was an ID Buzz electric van.

Great service, nice people, neat installation. They really thought about the install so as to minimise issues in our house (power source in the middle of the house!) and a very clean floating installation on the wall. Excellent.

Very happy with the service from Voltix. Their communications arranging the installation with Gem were clear and helpful. Thanks to Barry who did the installation. Arrived on time and had the Hypervolt 3 Pro installed in 2.5 hrs involving underfloor cabling. All left neat and tidy with a very helpful handover. Good stuff!
