Using Volumio for years now and I am convinced that they offer great value for money. Recently needed support and the reply was swift and to the point.

The Volumio Primo is very well made. The central button has a good feel and the integrated status LED is very helpful.
After delivery, I updated the software using the built-in update function. Everything went smoothly.
The integration into the home network went without a hitch.
I have connected a touchscreen. This requires a USB-C cable with two different plug formats. It would be good if such a cable were supplied as an accessory. The description in the manual could be a bit more detailed.
It also took a while for the additional microSD card to be recognised. The description in the manual should be a little more detailed.
I installed most of the add-ons offered and they worked very well. Also Spotify.
The response time of the screen is a little sluggish. Is it possible to speed it up?

After having problems with my e-mail and trying to restore I was perfectly helped by the volumiu staff to create a new account and restore my premium account. I am very happy with this quick and very positive action. Thank you! I am happy again!

I clicked on "Get your REVO Here" and got sent to the trustpilot page to review the volumio site. What I don't get is any way to get to where I wanted to go. You are obviously not taking this seriously.

I own a volumio Device from the beginning and i am an volumio enthusiast.

Good community. Works well on raspberry pi. Good integration with Spotify.

Whydo I have to do this

Spammed me an email to review them, labelled the button something else, poor form.

Very interesting software bundle to bring a new life to a RPie 3B+ with an USB R2R DAC.

But Volumio is not fully prod-ready and needs more testing/Q&A to reach good-enough stability level.

"Reflash from scratch" each time an issue is brought up is not a proper answer to technical issues. This is a WINDOWS type of solution. Re-uploading 450GB of music takes me ~18h each time.

DO not use the /mnt/INTERNAL/ storage of Volumio is you intend to max out your storage space. It's an overlay that increases in size but does not decrease when you remove files. Once you've hit 0% available space a lot of things starts to fail (uPnP, covers not showing, can't attached an external storage, etc.).

Do not use plugins as any issue with a plugin will break your Volumio and require full reinstall. Do not make minor/aesthetic customization or updates won't work.

Still needs work and polishing to reach a better stability.

Fast and comprehensive feedback plus additional claryfication to my issue. Im very satisfied and happy to choose Volumio Rivo from among several other streamers.

I've been using Volumio with Raspberry Pi 3b+ for about 3 years. I have only problem recently losing TIDAL connection. By sending help with the error log, support team solved within half day.
