Elena was great from start to finish. Very helpful and cheerful person to deal with. Was kept informed of any changes that were happening, communication was good. So far very happy with the car. If there was one thing that was slightly disappointing was that the car was not fully clean as the wheel arches were muddy, which you don’t expect on a brand new car. Otherwise happy.

Volvo Cars Poole processed my recent XC40 purchase. My experience of dealing with them has been a positive one. As with most dealerships, Volvo Poole are an agent for Volvo Cars and whilst they have dealt with me courteously and efficiently, they were constrained by the Volvo Ghent and UK Transportation supply chains. Although my vehicle delivery was delayed due to supply chain issues, Joe at Volvo Poole kept me informed of progress and expedited my cars delivery on arrival.

This is the third car we have bought from Volvo Cars Poole and the experience gets better and better. This time we dealt with Henry Burgess and we can't praise him highly enough. He demonstrates an in depth product knowledge and really helped us choose the model, trim level and accesories that we really wanted. We recently bought a Volvo Selekt XC60 from Poole Volvo.
We found Jordan Fleet, who advised and ultimately sold us the vehicle a pleasure to deal with. From the outset, he was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. We had initially been interested in a different vehicle, but had a few reservations. Jordan listened to us and understanding exactly what we wanted, suggested another one. This vehicle was perfect for us. Subsequently, after arranging to buy this vehicle. Jordan arranged for it to ready in a time frame that suited us, knowing we needed it quite quickly.
We later received a follow up call from Jordan to ensure that we were happy with the car, which we are.

Super friendly and professional service. Never felt rushed. Every question answered fully. Henry was great throughout. 5 star service. Very comprehensive handover.

This is the most deceitful company I have ever dealt with. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, and the level of communication was the worst I have experienced. I was not kept updated at any stage. There are many better Volvo garages available, and I will not be returning to this one.

Everything was done to help me by Brennan who really put himself out. The frustration was with Volvo who sold me a car which was not set up properly causing much extra work by Brennan.
With the safety recall on the EX30, I hope consideration will be given to providing a courtesy car if it has to go to the Volvo workshop.
