I had a great experience viewing properties with Joseph. He was kind, friendly, and very informative throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions to the best of his ability and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I’ve been living in Wembley park for a while now and was initially planning to rent with Quantain ( a huge brunch in wembley), I have decided to move forward here because of Pablo and Iga. And still one thing that really stands out is the team. Right now you’ve got Eitam, Tal, Agi and Sorsha ( hopefully I didnt mixed up the names ) based in the office always friendly, helpful and actually involved with what’s happening around the building.

Before them, there was Pablo and Iga, and they also did a fantastic job!

David Frai of Vonder lettings showed a number of flats today.
He gave plenty of time to see the four flats and were not rushed and answered all the questions and more.
Thank you David for a stress free individual experience - you were exemplary.We will continue for another year with you.

Very comfortable living accommodations. Property manager David has always been helpful and friendly. The property is kept clean and any maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

This is my second year at Vonder Munich, and it has been an excellent experience so far. The staff are always helpful and friendly, the location is great, and the recent opening of several nearby shops has made everything even more convenient.

Literally obsessed with my Vonder experience so far 🌟 I actually first heard about Vonder from a friend who lives in Vonder Upriver in Warsaw and she raved about it non-stop. So when I got the chance to stay here while working as an content creator, I was like YES PLEASE 👏✨

Huge shoutout to Aggie, she was an absolute angel! From day one she made everything super clear, helped me settle in, showed me around honestly couldn’t have asked for a better welcome, I even went to one of their events at Wembley and it just made me want to be part of it even more. 💛

We absolutely love working with Vonder! Hosting events for their members has been such a joy. The venues are beautifully designed and always have a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

A huge shoutout to Aggie and Sorcha—they are incredibly kind, supportive, and a pleasure to collaborate with. From planning to execution, everything runs so smoothly thanks to their thoughtful coordination and positive energy.

Love my new apartment in the convenient location of Vonder Shoreditch, beside Hoxton station. The building and location is exactly what I was looking for this side of town. The Vonder team and concierge here have especially been so welcoming, with a special shout out to Sorcha for helping me to find my feet and get settled. Would recommend to a friend!

I’ve lived at Vonder Wembley Park for the past 2 years and it was one of the pleasant and enjoyable residential experiences I've had after leaving my home.
The environment is super peaceful, and the whole place is really well maintained, ensuring a good balance of relaxation and productivity.

Also, special thanks to Eitam – he’s incredibly helpful, always up for a chat, quick to respond, and makes sure to be on top of any issues and are resolved properly. You always feel heard and supported here.

The management is actively monitoring all the admin stuff by ensuring regular inspection checks, sends clear communications about important stuff, reminders about community responsibilities, and also organises fun community events that bring people together.

The other amenities that I enjoyed were amazing co-working space, gym, table tennis, and a cinema room. Location wise, it's right in front of Wembley Park Station with easy access to Central London and has loads of grocery stores like Lidl, Asda, Sainsbury and great shopping options like London Designer Outlet nearby.

Overall, I was happy with my stay with no such concerning issues and would definitely try to come back if it fits my budget, haha :)

Moving here was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. My friend was the one who convinced me, especially after Vonder took over the building in Brentford. I had seen some of their other apartments, and I just knew the standard of living would be really high here.

I’ve read a few of the older Google reviews, and it’s clear some of them refer to the previous management. I feel bad for those people who had those experiences. But from what I see now, the whole team is trying really hard to make sure we’re all happy and comfortable.

My absolute favorite is Aggie – she’s always there to chat, takes amazing pictures of me during events… she is really just great. I highly recommend this building. Everything is hassle-free, and I love my beautiful apartment and the view of the park.

Do yourself a favour and RUN if you're trying to rent a flat from Vonder. Do not be like me. When I was moving in, I saw some of the one star reviews and thought, surely it can't be that bad since they have a couple of 5 star reviews too. IT WAS WORSE.

First of all, the five star reviews are fake. They're not from any real residents.

Vonder is absolutely awful. From the very first day we moved in, we had issues. We had informed them about when we would arrive but when we got here there were no keys. So we had to wait for hours with our luggage until someone came with the keys.

We didn't have a mailbox key for 6 months after moving in and missed critical letters from the government and council which ended up costing us a lot to remedy.

It is impossible to contact anybody at Vonder. They have a new property manager every few months and they've had at least 5 in the two years I've lived here. The phone numbers don't work. Maintenance issues take weeks/months to be attended to. They simply don't care.

In the New Horizon's building in Brentford security is abysmal. We constantly had packages stolen. Someone's motorcycle was recently stolen and a car was broken into. The basement isn't secure and we would sometimes come home to see strange people lounging around the building. We've complained about this for two whole years.

We once had a situation where trash wasn't picked up for weeks and there was so much vermin, it was disgusting.

The power bills are absolutely insane. You might think you're getting a good deal on rent but you're not because the power bills are crazy. We've paid almost £500 for power in winter months. And even when we don't use the heating we pay at least £150 on average which isn't normal. We do not know who the energy provider is and the whole thing is pretty shady.

Customer service is poor. They make up random bills and send you threatening emails asking you to pay.

If you don't want mental stress do not rent from Vonder. The property itself is quite nice and they have some of the nicest flats in the area but in my opinion it's not worth the hassle.

I had the most incredible stay at Vonder, everything from the stunning apartments to the unbeatable location made my days so much easier and more enjoyable. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the amazing team. A special thank you to Aggie, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her attentiveness and support made all the difference. Can’t wait to be back!
