This review is specifically about David our building manager. He is very helpful every time I reach out to him . There are positive changes around the property since he is with us. Regular garden maintenance, nice renewed reception area. Big thank you!

Everything is great. However, I was promised one flat and delivered another that was not my first choice. I'm a bit disappointed in that, but the rest is SUPERB.

I am very happy staying in Vonder Munich. The staff and manager are very friendly and welcoming. Always smiling and polite. No issues, but if any it is solved quickest way possible. It is a pleasant and clean environment. It is my first home in Munich and I am lucky to have chosen to stay here. A very good choice indeed.

A bit expensive but pleasant to live in. Perhaps a lack of severity towards those who fill the corridors with smoke from their cooking, listen to music too loudly or throw their cigarette butts next to the ashtrays...

The new property manager David is friendly and really solve my pipe leaking problem promptly and quickly. The maintainence team staff from Master Property Care limited is also friendly and helpful, he knows how to fix everything, from pipe, floor heating panel to fire alarm system.

My experience in Vonder Munich was a mix of feelings...
When I arrived, I was super welcomed by the person in the reception.
When I arrived at my room, I noticed that it was not as clean as I thought it would be, When I first cleaned it, I found nails on the floor that weren't mine, and when I used the blanket, there was a pumpkin seed in it, that I automatically put in it to be washed.
I never activated the fire alarm, but an exhaust fan would be beneficial to help prevent all the times that the system was activated.
The Wi-fi connection was really bad all the time...
But beyond that, the room has a perfect size for me; no one bothered me when I was in it, It's a really peaceful place to stay.

The Room is nice, with friendly staff.
The train is right in the back of the building so very convenient!
I love the vending machines in the building! Also, the free yoga on Wednesday and the ping-pong table are great!
However, since I am a long stay tenant, I must say I am very very unhappy with the speed of the Internet, and I am not the only one! All neighbors I know are unhappy.
I have online job interviews and classes and the fast internet they promised is not only fast but very bad.
I cannot even watch a movie in my room in the evening let alone have classes!! You just have to keep sitting in the lobby and it is inconvenient because the big ceiling lamp is broken and there is not even enough light above the social work desk. I have communicated the internet with them, they said they are working on it but for how many months? I've been here since September and now it is December! :D I really hope they can fix the issue as soon as possible.

I have been living in Vonder Hill house for almost a year, a nice building, location and reception.
However, when I tried to get my deposit back from the Vonder team, it was really hard. Their email responses were very slow, and it took over a month just to get in touch and sort things out. Then, the utility bills taken were so high nearly £1,200 that I was already exhausted and had no choice but to accept it.
And now, what frustrated me even more today was receiving a rude and baseless email from the rent controller, accusing me of ‘outstanding rent’ six months after I had moved out and fully paid all my dues—without providing any detailed explanation and evidence. This accusation was completely baseless, as I had already paid every penny of rent on time and provided proof of my payments.
Receiving such an email not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary stress. It makes me question the professionalism and organization of the management team at Vonder Hill House.
While the building itself is great, the expensive utility bills, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior have left me with a very negative impression of Vonder as a whole.

I stayed at Vonder London for about two years from 2020 to 2022. Left the flat in the state in a good state and better than I found it, but Vonder tried to take nearly £1,400 off my deposit. Fought it via TDS (Google Tenancy Deposits Scheme), and won, getting all my deposit (though hard work). Now, 2.5 years later, they're contacting me again asking for the same amount in late rental payment. I checked my records and I'm fully paid up. They just try and scam tennants for more money. Avoid at all costs and if you're already a tenant, make sure you take records of everything (including pictures of rental before and after stay).

Nice place very close to S-Bahn and easly connected to the city. The rooms are modern and fully equipped. You may experience some problems with the washing machines and the wi-fi, but they will fix it quickly.

I stayed in Vonder Munich as a temporary tenant.
Vonder Munich has everything you need for this purpose.
They have English-speaking staff, which is really helpful, especially if you are new to Germany and the German language. You could always reach the staff as well. Staff named Maria & Andrian are worth mentioning for their humble nature. Staff might not always (24/7) be in their office, but you could always write them an email or simply call them. When we arrived in June, I could not figure out how to turn on the heater, and the staff happily instructed us and were willing to come in case you couldn't really figure it out.
The apartment is strategically located in Munich, which is very close to S-Bahn station Freiham. You have two grocery chains in the vicinity: Lidl for price-conscious patrons and Edeka for more complete and luxurious goods.
There is an Italian restaurant directly in the apartment, which is very convenient if you have a late-night craving for pizzas and non-vegetarian foods. The apartment is also close to Hoffner, Children's Park, Apotheke, Sixt, Cafe, ATM, and so on.
In case you miss the opening hours of your preferred supermarkets, there is a petrol station that comes along with Burger King.
The apartment is very modern, where you can enter using a card. It's bit pricey, but has lots of amenities coming along with it like a gym, washing machine (payable), dining area, etc.

I rented a property with Vonder at Eislebener Straße 1, Berlin, and my experience was mostly positive. The property matched the description in the advertisement, with only minor aspects that could have been improved, but nothing significant. What stood out most was the management team’s responsiveness—maintenance issues were addressed quickly, which made living there very convenient. I would definitely recommend Vonder to others for their professional and efficient service.

Room isn’t bad, service isn’t bad, but washing/dryer machines are always with problems.

Vonder Munich was a quick and easy solution for finding a place to stay in Munich. The prices were fair, and the stay was comfortable. Service is reasonable and responsive, but as simple as it gets. The Laundry room in the building is very useful, but it could get more attention. Often the machines are deactivated "for maintenance", and that causes big waiting lists. But "all in all" it was a good experience.

Advantages:
- Fast and easy booking process
- Useful items (e.g. bed linen) are there; others (e.g., toothpaste) can be purchased from vending machines 24/7. It insures a smooth move in.

Avoid Vonder at All Costs – Unsafe, Unethical, and Unresponsive
I have had the absolute misfortune of being a tenant with Vonder, and I can unequivocally say that this has been the worst experience of my life. Here’s why:
Electric Bill Scam: They force residents to use Nu World for electricity, a company set up the exact month we were told we had to use them. Where was the due diligence in procurement of this company? Despite numerous protests and bill queries, Vonder ignores tenant concerns and continues to attach these inflated debts to rental accounts, violating tenant rights under the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
Crime and Safety Issues: The building I lived in was a hotspot for criminal activity. Drug dealing, break-ins, and suspicious activities were rampant in the car park and common areas. Despite numerous reports to Vonder, nothing was done. I even had to call the police multiple times due to unsafe conditions.
Unresponsive Management: Communicating with Vonder is like shouting into a void. They ignore emails and calls about urgent maintenance issues. For example, I'm currently unable to live in my flat due to a blocked drain outside, making it uninhabitable. Despite multiple emails, including to the CEO and landlord, I've had ZERO response. Negligent just isn't the word.
Filthy Living Conditions: The communal areas are disgustingly unkempt. Overflowing bins and dirty hallways. Despite paying premium rents, tenants are left to live in squalor. The “professional cleaning” they boast about is a blatant lie.
High Turnover and Inexperienced Staff: Vonder’s staff turnover is ridiculously high, leading to constant changes in property managers who are often inexperienced. This instability results in poor service and unresolved issues piling up.
Negligent Landlord: On top of Vonder’s incompetence, the landlord is equally negligent. Critical safety issues like blocked sewerage and broken ovens go unaddressed. Tenants are left to suffer in silence.
If you value your safety, sanity, and finances, stay as far away from Vonder as possible. Their operations are a chaotic mess, and they show no regard for the well-being of their tenants. I reached my breaking point and was the happiest day when I left this hellhole.
If you don't believe, just check the instagram @vonderskies where some residents are documenting their hellish experiences.
**EDIT** In reply to Vonder's reply, notice how they say I'm posting inaccuracies but don't defend any of them or give zero examples? Notice how the mentioned NuWorld yet according to the instagram @vonderskies, it's laden with people complaining about getting no response? Nice try Vonder but we see you for everything you are.

I lived in Vonder Village Brentford for a year 2023-24 and while the physical accommodation is of a decent standard there are multiple issues which made the experience less pleasant than necessary, largely stemming from a lack of accountability and no channels of communication.
Just to highlight some of the issues I faced during my year for an idea:
-Moving in: As soon as I paid my deposit, communication basically ended I had to chase up my move-in time, inventory and utility information multiple times.
-WiFi Issues: My WiFi, and that of my whole building, went down for almost a week and I received minimal updates (following multiple chasers) nothing was done. In the end, I resorted to messaging the director of vonder on LinkedIn and within a day he had acknowledged the issue and the WiFi was fixed.
-Gate Entry to entire complex: The gate is closed and cannot be opened from most apartments, there is no way to let in guests or deliveries without exiting your building and walking across the property to the gate. There isn’t even an exit button on the inside so you will have to repeat this to let people out, despite everyone having intercoms in their apartment this hasn’t been linked up, an obvious oversight, but on that note…
-Intercom issues: My intercom to open the front door to the block broke 3-4 months prior to my tenancy ending, it was still broken when I left despite me chasing this with the building manager multiple times.
-Deposit Return: This process took almost 2 months despite me trying to speed this up by replying to all communication almost immediately.
-Dog poo: Multiple times during my tenancy I stepped in or around dog poo an unacceptable level of cleanliness.

Well located with convenient access to supermarket and city transportation.
The room itself has all of the essentials required and as advertised, such as private bathroom, cooking area, storage space, desk etc
Vonder also organised events, such as weekly Yoga, Oktoberfest, Halloween, etc which bring some life and are a good way to get to know neighbours.
If you are moving to Munich and need a place to stay as you get settled in, this is a very good option.
