Great and smooth, but large delays in communication

It was quite difficult to get hold of anyone at first, then while signing it went all quick, but afterwards a lot of questions would take days to be answered if at all. Otherwise, the process was very easy and smooth.

Poor Move-in Experience

The initial cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory.
The tap is leaking, and the heating is not working properly.
During the viewing, I specifically asked about potential noise issues due to the large glass windows in the bedroom. I was assured that the double-glazed windows would effectively reduce noise. However, after moving in, I found that the noise level is very high, severely affecting my sleep quality.
I also inquired whether the oven had a microwave function and was told that it did. However, after moving in, I discovered that the oven (Siemens HB632GBS1B/84) does not have a microwave function.
Additionally, both the oven and washing machine were extremely dirty upon my arrival, and I had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning them myself.

After you mentioned the cleanliness issue, we arranged for cleaners to revisit your flat to ensure it met our standards. We also encouraged you to log maintenance issues like the leaking tap and heating via our app so our team could resolve them promptly, and we’re happy to prioritise these requests if they haven’t been fully addressed yet.

Regarding the noise, we explained during the viewing that the double-glazed windows should help with sound insulation, although external factors can sometimes affect noise levels. We’re more than willing to explore further solutions if needed.

Concerning the oven, we clarified that the model in your unit does not have a microwave function, and while we can’t change appliance models across the building, we offered you a microwave as a gesture of goodwill. We are committed to resolving any remaining issues and ensuring your comfort.

Fantastic service!

I had Omri assist me in finding my flat and he was fantastic. Was very helpful and got back to me instantly whenever I had a question. Fantastic service! Would 100% use Vonder again if I was to move. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vonder…

I really enjoyed my stay at Vonder Munich.

It was welcoming, clean, close to stores and train station. Gym is nice, apartment and community is nice. Totally recommend.
The only issue I had was with washing machines, if that’s fixed, then it’s all good.

Positive Review

I had the pleasure of living at Flat 1, Vulcan House, New Horizons Court, Brentford, London TW8 9GH for two wonderful years.

The location is excellent, with convenient transport connections. I never had any issues with the accommodation itself—heating, water supply, and plumbing all worked perfectly. The only minor issue I encountered was a faulty lock, but it was resolved quickly. The building’s lobby was always clean, with no unpleasant odors.

I would especially like to highlight the professional competence and genuine human qualities of Mr. David Frai, the Lettings & Portfolio Supervisor. He always knew how to handle any issue, was consistently responsive, never ignored my requests, and provided the necessary support.

Additionally, I want to commend the work of Mr. Carl Whyte from the finance department. His assistance was also greatly appreciated.

Scam Alert and liars, do not rent here

Scam Alert!
Do not rent in Vonder; flats are not in living conditions.

I do currently living in Vonder Skies (Brentford). Despite multiple complaints about heating and isolation, they are still not fixing it. Now more than 2 months.

Think about this before you rent; you will rent an uninhabitable place with a lot of issues and then be ignored with no help.

Be aware!

## Update:
After a few months, they finally fixed the issue and installed new heaters. i changed to 3 stars, as it is now possible to live there but I'm not happy with how I was treated.

Great Service from Vondereurope UK and Sorcha M

I’ve had a great experience with Vondereurope UK, and I can’t thank Sorcha M. enough for her outstanding support. She helped find new tenants and organised our check-out earlier than originally agreed, which made the process much easier. Additionally, Sorcha went above and beyond to help us secure a rent reimbursement for the remaining days after adjusting our check-out date. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and care made all the difference.

The fully furnished 1-bedroom flat we rented in Shoreditch Exchange was in good condition, and the development was well-maintained throughout our stay. The concierge team at the Rosewood Building was also fantastic, particularly Shokha, who was always helpful and made us feel welcome.

The team at Vondereurope UK has been very helpful, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth renting experience.

I really loved the apartment

I really loved the apartment. It was really clean, with fairly new furniture and appliances. Everything I needed was there. However, WiFi was not working well during my entire stay even though there was maintenance work done. LAN cable did the trick for stable internet connection.

David Frai is an excellent landlord

David Frai is an excellent landlord - responsive, professional, and efficient. He is easy to contact, typically responds within minutes, and promptly addresses any issues by sending over professionals as needed. However, a downside of this property is its partnership with the startup transaction platform Scraye. I experienced significant difficulties when sending a five-figure rent payment from overseas, which took nearly four weeks to process and ultimately delayed my move-in. In my experience, other companies are better equipped to handle such transactions more smoothly. Aside from that, no complaints - there are cleaners for the hallways, and security is present at night.
