I had a fantastic experience working with Joseph Ahiel. He was incredibly friendly and highly professional throughout the entire process. Joseph took the time to show me multiple flats, always demonstrating great knowledge and professionalism. His team was also extremely helpful and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Joseph and his team to anyone.

Thanks to Joseph, I believe we are one step closer to renting out a new apartment. He was great at explaining and answering any questions I had, even went above and beyond to show us what more options they had in the complex.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Vonder UK for the past three years, hosting cocktail masterclasses at both their Wembley and Parkside locations. Throughout this time, I’ve experienced nothing but positivity — from the fantastic facilities to the welcoming atmosphere created by both staff and residents alike.
The sense of community at Vonder is truly special. The residents are always friendly, engaged, and enthusiastic, making each event a real pleasure to host. The strong relationships I’ve built with Aggie and Sorcha over the past three years have been invaluable — they’ve consistently been supportive, professional, and a joy to collaborate with.
The facilities are excellent; the 14th-floor members’ lounge at Vonder Wembley offers a stylish and spacious setting with incredible views, while the shared kitchen facilities at Parkside provide a warm and inviting space perfect for social events. Both locations are thoughtfully designed, making them ideal for group gatherings and activities. Over the last year they have announced a number of new locations in the London area and beyond, it’s a very exciting time for the business!
I’m grateful to be part of such a vibrant community, and I always look forward to returning. I highly recommend Vonder UK to anyone looking for a welcoming environment with top-tier amenities and fantastic people.

Avoid this 'agents' at all costs! 18 months after my tenancy ended, they suddenly emailed demanding over £1,200 in “unpaid rent.” When questioned, it turned out this wasn’t even rent but alleged damages—none of which were ever mentioned at the time of moving out. No check-out report, no inventory report, just an out-of-the-blue demand and threats of court action. We also received our security deposit back in full.
I’m more than happy to attend court just to expose their incompetence and time-wasting tactics in person. This is either sheer negligence or a blatant attempt at intimidation. Either way, stay clear if you value transparency and professionalism!

I had an issue with the Internet connection in my flat and Sorcha was amazing in helping fixing.
She is amazing and willing to help.
Thank you again, Sorcha!

I experienced a very smooth and safe transition when moving to my new flat. The staff is very cooperative, kind, and supportive. In a nutshell, I have received great service.
This company is also well in communication.

The reception staff are always taking long breaks lasting hours during the night shift. Especially Nico. The fire alarm rings frequently, even sometimes in the middle of the night! The room itself is good, A bigger sink would be a big plus as washing the dishes in the small sink is a nightmare.

Wow. Just wow. I must have completely misunderstood what it means to live in a residential building. I thought I was paying for a safe and secure home, but apparently, the real goal here is to turn the place into a budget version of a social club. My bad! Clearly, I should be more appreciative of the free pizza nights while dealing with broken doors, strangers coming and going like it’s a hotel, and residents sleeping on couches in common areas because that’s just normal in a building like this, right?
Just so we’re clear: the issue here is not Guy—despite your desperate attempt to make this about him. My concerns are about:
1. The building turning into an Airbnb hub, with unknown people constantly coming in and out. I’m not interested in “networking” with random short-term guests who don’t respect the place, fight in the halls, or refuse to leave and threat the concierge and myself. Until I called the police to take action as she was not registered on the system.
2. Safety concerns that only seem to be addressed after public complaints. What a magical coincidence that the front door was finally fixed right after my review. Almost like it wasn’t a priority until it was embarrassing for management.
3. People sleeping on couches in common areas—happened three times this week alone, as I’ve shown in my attached pictures (goggle review). But sure, let’s focus on community spirit instead (pizza free, brunch free, yoga free and so on). As Maria Antonieta used to say to her French people: "give them brioche!!!”
4. Serious maintenance issues being ignored. Should we talk about the resident who has been without water for a month while management does absolutely nothing? Or is free brunch supposed to make up for that too?
5. The complete lack of communication. We have asked for a resident meeting multiple times. Why is management refusing to meet with us? Why do emails go unanswered for months, yet suddenly, when I leave a review, I get a generic, copy-paste response?
And now, to top it all off, you have the audacity to act "surprised" by my feedback asking me to write directly to your email instead of going public?—as if these issues somehow don’t exist because you ignored them long enough? As if I was just supposed to be grateful for whatever crumbs of attention management decides to throw at us?
Since reviews seem to be the only way to get a response, don’t worry—I’ll keep writing them. Over and over again. Until you stop treating this building like a glorified Airbnb and start treating it like the home residents actually pay for.
Omri was fantastic and really helpful with our viewing and progressing with making an offer on a property.

I had a viewing this week in the parkside site.
To be honest, it is a very impressive buildng and I am moving in next week thank to Guy, the manager of the building who runs the viewing for me.
He is so kind and professional, explains me everything for the little details and he was so patient with me and partner.
More over, he is so responsive also after his work hours (I assume, as we communicated at like midnight haha)
Any way I just wanted to big him up and recommend about this site!!!

am very satisfied with this company, and the most important factor in renting this house was Mr. Joseph. On the first day, he patiently presented the house, and I can say that he is very professional in his work.

I made a party in the building for 20-30 people in the communal area for my birthday.
Guy, our building manager helped me to organise everything properly, and more over, he was available even when he was off work, to help me to set up the cinema room when we wanted to watch a movie all together.
Very efficient and appreciates. Great staff
