No problems, excellent product

I've ordered Eleaf iJust S Tank on March 19th. It's been one month since then, and I neither received my order nor response for multiple emails via email and website.

Brought a vape kit. It hasn’t arrived even though it was next day delivery, that was a week ago. Multiple emails ignored, I believe this to be a fake site. PayPal have now been informed and a despute has been opened. AVOID.

I ordered an IJust S Eleaf Starter Kit on 30th March 2018, was given confirmation of my purchase and an expected delivery date of 2-5 working days and was waiting for a dispatch date. I was not, and still have not received one. It is now 13th April. More than enough time has been given for them to respond to my many emails asking where my purchase is. Nothing. I have previously purchased from Voo Doo Vape last year and I did receive my delivery. However this time I haven’t heard anything. Avoid.

Not received my tank which I have ordered 3 weeks ago now I've put a claim into paypal to get my money back

Ordered from them at the beginning of March and the order went a week without budging. Had to go into hospital for an op so cancelled. Contacted them for a refund but it never arrived.
No response to emails and no response through paypal either. Very dodgy setup all round with clashing services.

100% a scam as of 2018. You're less likely to get scammed on eBay in this day and age than you are to trust these "people".

I ordered a new crown 3 tank which never arrived ! I sent lots of emails and had no reply, I sent messages via their website and still no reply ! I've now opened a PayPal case to recover my money ! Funny enough their even ignoring messages via PayPal ! What ever you do DO NOT BUY FROM VOODOO VAPES UK !! It's a fake site that just steals your money !!

Fraudulent company. Do not purchase from this seller. I bought a battery from them that arrived and was broke. Also was a fake as I tracked the bar code online. I sent it back to them as they said they would repair, they then ignored all of my communication. I am having to claim the money back through my bank. Avoid this seller!

I ordered an ELEAF IJUST S vape pipe on the 10th December 2017 on pre-order for 10 - 12 days. I then received an email confirming a date of the 28th December for delivery. My order has still not arrived. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! This appears to have become a scam company despite the reasonable earlier reviews occasionally.

Ordered a tank and pack of coils over a week ago and still no sign. Sent four emails and they have not replied to one of them! Rip off, stay away! Pay pal dispute now!

What a scam ! Orderd a tank on the 2nd of october i waited a few days nothing.So i emailed an was told my pre order was estimated for the 10th i was not told this was a pre order before i purchased ! Waited again till the 14th still nothing emailed again an was told the exact same thing in the email but a diffrent date witch was now the 19th was tamping.Still F all and i have raised a dispute with paypal so i hope i get my money back.Not fair to do this to anyone complete waist of time and this so called company needs to be stopped !!! They take your money and never send anything, i know a few people have had the same issue and then had no response feom them. Do not buy from them please

Ordered a battery from voodoo vape never received battery left 2 messages no reply had to start a claim through pay pal first and last time i order from this company

I ordered 5 coils 2 weeks ago, received a confirmation email from Wayne when they were ordered. I am still waiting for the order, emailed Wayne but no response, and still receiving the promotional emails. This is my first order, won't be ordering again.

Have shopped with this store quite a few times now. and not had a problem.
However in the past week have tried to place an order and had a problem with it, have now sent 3 emails and still no reply 4 days later.
Would make good business sense to have a contact tel no.
I have now gone elsewhere for the items I wished to purchase.
Am sure loosing customers is not good for your business.
customer service is paramount if you want to survive.

The genuine article at an excellent price. Good comms and delivery and received a 15% discount card off future purchases.Recommended.

Cannot understand why others have made negative comments about this company. As far as I'm concerned I have at last found a Vaping supplier I can trust. Wayne couldn't have been more helpful , the products are genuine , the service is faultless , delivery is lightning fast and free.and the prices are the keenest I have found anywhere.
Voodoovape will get all of my custom from now on.

vapour is not very good and it is made in spain not britain. do not understand why its sent recorded delivery as i was not in and had to go several miles to collect it but on plus side delivery very quick.
