Wrong prescription in glasses, want to return them but haven't answered the email and there's no info on their website 🚩
Can anyone tell me where their UK returns office is as they can't 🙄

You have made sure to reply to this after I have emailed you 5 times and after you ignored my live webchat request for A RETURN ADDRESS. You know your email has absolutely no helpful information for me whatsoever. I will be contacting TRADING STANDARDS UK and ADVERTISING STANDARDS AGENCY UK regarding how you obfuscate and confuse the returns of useless goods, THATS FALSE ADVERTISING WHEN YOUR WEBSITE STATES 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE also as your customer has no fault and Vooglam has made the mistake. THEY WILL TAKE A VERY DIM VIEW OF YOUR BEHAVIOUR.
I am requesting for the 8TH time A RETURN ADDRESS TO SEND THE FAULTY GLASSES BACK. Thank You.

Avoid this company - Vooglam UK. They claim to be a UK company, but really are not and offer poor service. The products are cheap, thin and flimsy and look better online. They are very happy to take your money, but as often happens with an online company the minute that there is a problem you can’t get hold of them. Sent numerous emails, got a reply, but I wanted further help and understanding and they are no longer wanting to help. They hide behind email, was held in a queue on hold in a phone call, they obviously then identify my number and cut me off.
No further response on email, same on live chat. Amazing how customer service does not exist.

My only query was when I tried to track my order I coul not see it showing up on-line so I go in touch with Vooglam and they responded to my query straight away. I was impressed at their quick response and the datail they put into it. So I will use Vooglam again. The glasses seem to be of as good a quality as I have bought from Specsavers in the past.

Bad service. Be aware, the website does not work well. I entered my prescription several times due to website issues. It still processed my prescription as blank. Realised this after they shipped and no way to reverse the purchase. Contact them has several options, including chat option but it doesn't work. Waste of money. Will never use again.

Dire. The glasses supplied weren't correctly made, and caused blurred vision. Could only get a 50% refund, so this was a complete waste of money. Avoid!

Having just had to buy a pair of glasses from a popular high street retailer and being thoroughly disappointed at both the choice of design and quality of the glasses once they arrived, I took a risk and ordered a couple of pairs of glasses from Vooglam. I'm at 'that' age where nothing is ever the right distance and I decided to try the progressive lenses......well, holy cow, these things are a revelation! I'm not having to tilt my head, peer through barely open eyes or stare hard until things come into focus. The 'expensive' high street glasses (that make me feel queasy) are now back in their box and I will be wearing my new Vooglam glasses instead. The lenses are perfect, the frames are attractive and feel really sturdy (I know some people have said that they are flimsy, but that is not the case with the glasses I have bought). My only issue is that it took longer than two weeks to arrive, but that's small fry considering it takes the high street shop two weeks too. I will definitely be buying my future glasses from Vooglam and who knows, I might be outrageous and get myself some multicoloured, diamante encrusted Dame Edna type glasses, just for the sheer hell of it!

The first time around, the glasses I got gave me headaches/double vision - but now I know that was due to my miscalculation of my PD. I recommend using their guide rulers instead of apps, as apps can't detect if your eyes need different PDs.

The second time I got my partner to measure my PD manually, and honestly - these are the best glasses I've ever had. I have quite a high prescription, so my glasses bill went from £200+ from a high street chain to £50. That's amazing. Instead of having one pair, I feel confident to order more now. it's given me such confidence and excitement. I do often fall victim to misplacing things, and I used to kick myself for it. Now, I know if I ever do that - I'm wont have to pay an arm and a leg. I also can change up my style! I'm already thinking of getting some sunglasses in my prescription!

They arrive beautifully packaged with a PD ruler, soft bag, and glasses cloth. It's insane value for money.

I can't recommend it enough. Just make sure to double-check and manually measure your PD!

I ordered three single vision but will order the bifocal now these have worked so well.

10 days from ordering I have recive them,they are perfect, lightweight.i recommend it
