Excellent service, ordered & received within 10days, price was excellent & know would have cost me 10 times what I paid in opticians.
No customer service whatsoever
No customer service whatsoever. I ordered my prescriptions, it came fine, next thing, the temple starts getting loose, and the screws started falling off. the screws are nut and bolt and washers, about 5 pieces in all. They are not something you can just replace yourself. They claim to have 365 days warranty and this is not even up to 3 months, but they do not reply emails, they do not respond to live chats, the phone number never goes through as there is no option to even wait for an agent to attend to you. It just says no agent is available and the call drops. Note that you have to wait midnight to even attempt to reach them. Vooglam has mastered the art of poor customer service. Use them at your own peril.

Glasses have arrived and I am delighted with them. They took exactly 2 weeks from day of order which was also really good. I got 3 pairs and all 3 pairs are fabulous strong exactly as advertised I am very happy and will order again.

To my dismay, I have yet to receive any response or support.

Poor after support
I dont want to be too hard at this stage but I got delivered a pair of lovely glasses but with no prescription glass that I had paid and asked for. I have chased up with customer support but as yet no clearly on what has gone wrong. Poor customer support and probably wouldnt use again at this stage.

As mentioned in a review below DO NOT TRUST thiis company. My prescription was wrong on both pairs of glasses. This is entirely the fault of Vooglam. It is fraud. They are rying to blame me. I categorically did not alter my prescrition.....why would I ? As ypu can see below someone else has had the same issue,this is a common theme. There are emails are rude and unhelpful and I am curently in dispute with them. It is fraud ....nothing less. Do not part with your money,please. Incidentally my last review seems to have disappeared?

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY FRAMES!!!!
I was very sceptical about ordering prescriptions glasses online but I’m happy I took a gamble and it paid off. I ordered my frames on the 10/11/23 and received them the 14/11/23. This was a bargain because there’s no way I can buy 2 prescription glasses for £23 which are so stylish. Run don’t walk 😁😁

Do NOT give your email/phone number if you don't purchase
22 hours ago I made the mistake of giving this company my email address and phone number because I thought to purchase from them, only to discover that by the time they had added VAT to the purchase, along with the postage, it was no longer the great purchase that I thought it might be.
I stopped short and that is when all hell appears to have broken loose.
In less than 21 hours I have had twenty-six (26) emails and nine (9) SMSes telling me "Oops, Your Order is Temporarily Closed". There is actually nothing I can do about it, because there is no option to unsubscribe from email (unlike every other decent online company- the unsubscribe option is missing) and replying "Stop" per SMS as suggested absolutely does NOT work. Why? Because it cannot be received!
Insult to injury- you cannot delete your data (on a profile/"account" of sorts) from the website and you certainly cannot edit out your email address.
Bottom line- unless you are certain that you are going to buy- do NOT, I implore you, give them your email address or your phone number.

Update: 46 hours later and I MIGHT be winning- the "Oops, Your Order is Temporarily Closed" spam count is (only) at 38 emails and 9 SMS texts.

Update 2: 4 days and 42 emails and 9SMS texts later, I am told by their customer service "...we don't have the authority to delete your account. If you don't want to use your account, just don't log in to our website in the future." Seems that they have never heard of GDPR. So, in reply to the canned response below- I already have been in touch. Over 42 times.
