Terrible product and support
No customer support. The glasses looked nothing like they did on the website. They are also very uncomfortable and the vision is distorted. I’ve contacted customer services several times and they refuse to provide returns information to enable me to return the products. Vooglam more like pooglam.

Absolutely quality glasses, very well made and fit perfectly. Fantastic quality for the price. Very comfortable too! Glasses always tend to make the back of my right ear hurt with pressure but these don't seem to bother me

It turned out to be pretty expensive…
It turned out to be pretty expensive and my glasses were broken so had to pay extra £15 to get them faster as the last pair has taken 21 working days! The pairs i got are great although one pair is not tight on my face. I have to send a pair back and i don't know how much they will cost to post on top of what i have i have already paid. Also the advertising is relentless on my algorithm now. It's on everything i go to now....they were supposed to be a quick cheap option...but they weren't

I have bought a number of pairs of glasses from Vooglam. I wear contact lenses but often enhance the look with a pair of non-prescription glasses. Excellent affordable quality frames and loads of choice and always prompt delivery. What’s not to like?
