If I could leave a review with no stars I would. I spent €65 on two pairs of clear glass. I have brought them to a friend who is an optician and she verified they are indeed clear glass! So vooglam I wait in anticipation for your response to my email requesting a refund in full.

Loved the glasses but couldn't see, the prescription wasn't right some how, recently bought from other sites & prescription lences fine so won't be ordering again unfortunately

Trying them for first time
Bought 2 prescription glasses which never arrived and customer service keeps sending me a blurry pic of a pile of mail in a non descript room claiming it is delivered
No attempt made at ensuring a good customer experience
Obviously cannot comment on the quality of the product but can say avoid purchasing from them as reliability is not worth the money risked buying from them
The post service for the building has been checked multiple times and package was not found- as I mentioned in my emails.
Strangely, in the confirmation email of delivery, the surname was YOUNG. Which is not my surname. Hope this helps you identify where this shipment may have gone wrong.

Luckily I only ever use PayPal for online buys so have protection of refund in 99% of cases. However, I ordered frames only and they're great but too narrow for me, so I asked to return under their 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy, to the Address they were posted from shipped from in uk. NOPE! Apparently if the give me a 30% discount the frames will magically fit, and if I want to return, they have to go back to a place called china? Is that near that down south near London?!?!? ANOTHER ABSOLUTE CHINESE RUBBISH CON! why do we letthesethieves into our trading arena? Imagine overall if say a million People accepted various offers from all these companies(owned by Chinese governments) at a rate of spend per transaction of saying £20 that's millions into their coffers, we're sleep wal,inginto disaster and handing over our jobs to these con merchants.never again, im biting the bullet and going to Specsavers......

Lovely looking glasses. I submitted my prescription incorrectly so the glasses weren’t right.
Customer services were very helpful and although couldn’t issue a refund due to it being my error they did refund some of the costs.

Gorgeous sturdy glasses cheap but don’t look it great delivery and packaging will definitely be ordering more really pleased 😃

The contact information on the website is incorrect forcing you phone an international number to contact them.

Totally disingenuous website. Spend your money elsewhere.

It took a while to get the glasses but I love them. I just wish their customer service was better but all in all it works. Thank you

Ordering glasses with a prescription lenses, has never been so easy , I wish I had heard of Vooglam years ago , I now have five pairs .

I was honestly worried about this order after reading some terrible negative reviews about this being a scam etc so I was extremely surprised to find my glasses had arrived after just over a week AND my prescription was perfect! Don't know if I was just lucky but I have to say the glasses are beautiful and the prescription is fine too. Not bad for the price I paid either! I very much feel these were worth it in my case. Happily proven wrong.

I took a chance and ordered two pairs of prescription glasses from Vooglam as funky glasses in the UK are sooooo expensive. They arrived today, only 8 days after ordering, and I couldn't be happier. Great quality sturdy frames and the lenses are perfect; they look great too! I'll definitely be ordering more pairs in the future. 😊

NEVER AGAIN VOOGLAM. Refusing to give me my refund

They got my prescription wrong even though the correct information was given. Once I received them I contacted them the same day to explain the issue and requested a refund as it’s within the time frame as stated in their refund and returns policy. VOOGLAM has done everything, but offer me my refund. No I do not want £10 back as I need to get another pair. This refund process has now been going on for 2 weeks and still cannot get a return address, but was told to pay an extra 70% to get the correct lens.. I will be I touch with Trading Standards regarding this.. Very disappointed. Will not be shopping with them again. Will stick to FIRMOO.
