AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. This 'company' has no regard for its customers.
My experience involves them shipping me both a defective AND damaged piece of furniture. Once I sent them photo evidence of this, they didn't provide any solution or seem to care. After repeatedly telling them that I wanted only to receive a non-damaged, functional replacement, they said that I had to return it to get a refund, AT MY OWN EXPENSE. So in the end I lost money shipping a 25kg cabinet back to them, when it was completely their fault. Will never go to their site again. Definitely not worth their slightly cheaper prices.

I had a pair made by another manufacturer and when I received the
pair of massage sandals from your company I was glad that the were
the same but the feeling wearing them was greater.
It is very nice to have such a pair at home because it is so relaxing when you wear them.
I am glad that I recently discovered your company and soon will order
another pair for my wife

Love the program and the Care Team...I just spoke today with team member (Johnethin), regarding another, wonderful settlement from one of my creditors....saved around $1,200. Very bad experience with this website. Boyfriend ordered a shampoo, it arrived a licking box. The courier advised to refuse the delivery, so I did. He contacted the customer service and the agent, Laura, told him since he didn't take any picture(!) of the damaged box he had to wait the return to arrive to them to receive a replacement. Weeks passed, so he asked a refund. Their reply was a link showing the tracking of the delivery that they didn't received yet. Almost 4 months passed, no money, no refund received.
I'm going to contact the police. Stay away from those scammers!

Canada custom auto works, is the company I am reviewing. Do not buy rims from this company. We bought a package set for 3000+ dollars , chrome rims & tires. Very poor quality, no warranty whatsoever for spending this amount of hard earned dollars. 2 months of driving & winter starts , the rim cracked! We bought another set from kx wheels in surrey , bc , they lasted 8 years, no issues, very good quality! I knew we should have just made the trip back to bc , instead of trying to buy local ( Calgary). We spoke to the representative & conveyed what happened, they just said , not our problem, there’s nothing we can do. Poor management & cheap store , they would rather lose a client then make things right. Save yourself $$$ & stay far away from Canada custom auto works.

I have really mixed feelings about this shop.
The products they sell are good, and quality-price ratio is perfect.
But if there is any problem with your order, here can start a really bad experience for you!

I ordered 4 products, but received only 3!!!

In the “pakbon” that I received with my order, there is even a mark in front of the missing product, so it is quite clear that the person who was packing my order was aware of the missing product!

I called the client service and was politely attended; they apologized and said they will send me the missing product. But in 4 days they didn’t send me the product, nor track-and-trace number!

So I wrote them an e-mail, and next day I called them again, and again they answer that they will send me the product and track-and-trace number.
But guess what? Two days later I am still waiting on the track-and-trace number!

I am quite disappointed with the low client service quality and inability to solve problems with orders.

I really love those 3 products that I received, and would order more things in this shop, if they had adequate client service.

I hope I will receive the missing product or at least my money back.
