The tops are very nice. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the print on the Christmas top. I was expecting a higher quality for the price I paid.

I received fast service and got my package in good time. I loved the selection too!

The sweater I bought for 49.99 had a huge pull in it. I sent them a picture and asked for a credit, they offered me 16.00 to keep a sweater I couldn't wear. Next, came the offer for 25.00 because shipping would be on me, and it is so expensive! I took it saying I would never order from them again. Some things were nice, others too big. But not taking back a flawed sweater, crossed the line

I am having the same issue as many other customers. Items don't fit and company offered $ for me to keep. I even questioned them via email about returns before I placed my order. The whole thing seems like a big scam to me. Buyers beware!!!

I ordered this originally in a medium, but I like my sweater is a little bigger because I put turtlenecks under them. Absolutely love this. I got so many compliments on it. I loved the size large in this. It is a little fitted, but absolutely love it. I’m 5‘6“, 130 pounds.

Be aware the 30 day easy return/exchange policy is a joke!!! I purchased items in September. I received them in about 3 weeks. I liked the items but they were all too small. I even looked at the sizing chart they provided. I went to their website to see what I needed to do in order to return the items. Their website states the following "30 day easy return/exchange". The site gives guidelines in which I printed off and followed. You can only get in touch with them via email. I started the process on 10/21/22 in which I emailed their customer service and stated I have some items I wanted to return and wanted to know what the process would be. This is where the trouble began. Instead of giving me information on where to send the items, they started to negotiate with me. Started with 30 and to keep the items. The items did not fit so why would I want to keep them. In addition, the total for my order was 246. I said no, they then came back with 50, 75, and 100. All which were unacceptable to me. The last email I received to says the following: I'm so sorry, the best we can offer is 125 and you can keep the items. If you still want to return, you have to know that you need to pay for the return postage and our return address is in Dubai. Cause the shipping fee is high, we suggest you not do so. DUBAI is where I have to return it. They should have posted that on their return policy that in order to return you will have to pay to return to DUBAI. So at this point I guess I have to keep clothes that do not fit and get some portion of my funds back. What a joke.

I ordered a sweater in M, after 4 weeks it arrived, not even close to the item I ordered! Went to the site and it says to contact customer service at ...( review does not allow emails to be listed) no such customer service site exists! I have no way to contact them to resolve this! I basically handed over $$ to a bogus company.

Beautiful clothing, great prices and fair pricing.

The styles are very nice. They run a little big so go down a size. Very delicate so I suggest hand washing. It took about 3 weeks to arrive.

I actually really like the two sweaters I received. My only issue with this company is that the products are clearly made in China- so why claim they are made in North Carolina?

First purchase, 3 items, sizing varied a bit, but I did keep all 3. The shirt that is printed was a little disappointing, since it’s white on the back and it’s a layered shirt that exposes that side with movement, but I love the colors, the style and got quite a few compliments when I wore it last week to a business meeting!!
