So only 3 of the 5 items I bought were even close to their pictures. The others were tacky and cheaply made. I have been trying to get a refund for over a week now, but they are offering me to keep the clothes (I don't want,) and $25, saying its too expensive to ship them back!
Poor Company to deal with!

I ordered several dresses and 2 tops; the order was over $100. I followed their sizing guidelines but non of the items fit. I contacted them via email for a ROA # to return the items for a refund several times, and was informed that I could keep the items and get credited a dollar amount a fraction of what I paid! They also indicated that I would pay "so much for return shipping" so it was better to keep the items!! To which I replied "why would I want to keep clothing I had no use for?"
Since then I have examined their website (which did not appear in any search engine!). In the "about us" section it clearly says the their business and manufacturing site is located in Vietnam NOT South Carolina USA as they indicate on Facebook! Regarding returns, after stating "30 day easy return / exchange", they go on to say in return guidelines... 2/ "Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request. And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable."
So there it is! Buy at your own risk!

The sweater is super cute. Packaging was good and shipping was standard.

Everything was fine with shipment, but I got several scam shipment alerts prior to the real shipment alert, wanting personal info- so beware! I loved the shirts , 2 fit great, one was a little large, but ok

My experience is the same as Amy this is a scam company this is not a US based company at all I am still fighting with them right now to try and get my money back and have reported them to my credit card company.

For once I ordered off a Facebook page and got what I was looking for. Fast shipping and cute items.

I've had a wonderful experience with Voorps! The clothes are distinctive, gorgeous and reasonably priced (especially sale items, of course). The online ordering and payment systems are easy to use and I love my new clothes. Nice to wear well-made, high quality clothes made here in the USA!

The pictures are misleading. The material is like wearing a shower curtain. What I thought was going to be a long sleeved, oversized, slouching sweater was actually a very short, thin, cheap material. Awful! Trying to contact them for a return of 3 pieces. No response.

The order took a bit longer than I expected for tracking, but when it arrived, it was as described. Size fits as described. Quality is good and I intend to order again.

My experience is similar to that of Amy and Heidi's. The photos on the website are not of their product, I believe they knock these off. The material, color, quality is nothing like what is shown in the photos. Contrary to what the website indicates, I do not believe the clothing is manufactured in South Carolina or anywhere else in the US. The clothing arrived in a plastic shipping bag with Chinese characters all over. After 4 rounds of emails, each time them offering me a little more money back they finally said to return it to an address in DUBAI!! This was the final indication of the shadiness of this company, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The sweater is so soft and comfy, I love it!

Very pleased with my two blouses. I would order one size smaller next time. Shipping seemed a little slow but still happy with my blouses.

I had the same experience as Amy — ordered two sweaters, paid $89 plus tax, they didn’t fit. Now they offered me $14 then $28 to keep the sweaters.

I order clothes online regularly, and this is a first for me. Ugh!! What part of “I want a refund” is so hard to understand?!
