They keep sending warning email

I thought that I was going on to a Genuine Apple webpage to cancel my music subscription. Somehow I ended up on Termination Experts webpage. I do not know how this happened but it has become a nightmare ever since. I'm being bombarded with e-mails from them. I also have a letter from them stating that my invoice had been cancelled. But no, they are now looking for €72.00 from me.

I wish I had never come across this company, they are full of liers and scammers, I had wanted to cancel my subscription to luxplus so I searched ”uppsägning luxplus” on google which in English means luxplus membership termination and the first thing that popped up was this disgusting trash that calls itself a company, I clicked on it and it was in no way clear that there would be a fee of 400kr for a freaking termination, anyways I wrote my information and sent it so my membership would be terminated and then I waited. The next month I noticed that my subscription was still not canceled so I contacted luxplus directly and my subscription was cancelled in less than a minute and everything was fine. 2 months after this whole thing this trash of a company had the nerve to send me an invoice of 400kr and for what, they never even cancelled my membership, not only that when I ignored the invoice because I thought surely not this idiots sent me to inkasso!, I truly wish nothing but the worst for them, I hope everyone that participated in this scamming company files for bankruptcy and gets divorced!

This site offers easy cancellation of subscriptions that you could just as easily cancel yourself. The catch is, at first glance you don’t even notice that you have to pay for it — and then they charge you €35.
It’s one of those sites I really wish I had never visited.
Well, highway robbers have been around for hundreds of years, and if you don’t pay attention, you’ve only got yourself to blame.

I have actually received their stupid letter plus Invoice, interestingly the date of the Invoice is before the date of the supposed Order so how that works I have no idea, Total SCAM, I have not paid them anything despite being emailed several times, quoting the amount sometimes in £s., an also in Euros, I offered them a cheque, never accepted it. They seem to have given up on me now, their replies are always the same anyway. Please do not pay them, they are not going to sue you it is just a pain knowing they obviously have information on a lot of us. Be careful it happens to most of us unfortunately .

I have reported them to the police, and they are looking into the case. At the same time, I have contacted the Danish TV stations so they can investigate the scam called terminationexperts.com. I am willing to use every possible means to find peace. I neither agree that I owe any money nor intend to pay. They are a bunch of scammers, and I strongly disagree with their methods.

This company is a fraud. I got pressure and got told I’d incur further late payment fees. I caved and paid up. I had to set up instalments. It was either that or not feed my kids food that week. In a complete mess. They lie and take money. Neither did they send any letter to said company. Neither did I agree to any letter in the first place no document proved it was legally binding for me to make payment. However I just didn’t want it escalating and causing me stress. Can someone shut down this company please. They cause unnecessary stress to vulnerable people. I hope someone sees this and knows what to do to stop this!!!

Edit: those scammers now send mails through a different address posing as debt collectors.

Norton Antivirus is now flagging the website with a warning, the reason being URL Malvertising.

Please Google URL Malvertising. How this company keep saying how transparent they are is beyond me.

This is a scammy kind of service - buyer beware! My teenage daughter wanted to cancel her gym membership. All she needed to do was to tell the gym, but in her inexperience, she found these people on line and was duped by the marketing promising "cancel without hassle, stress-free and legally compliant" etc etc. The gym just ignored the letter, and she had to cancel with them directly. These people have absolutely no control or influence over whether the cancellation actually happens, but are happy to take £32 from the unwary, for a service that is incapable of delivering what their marketing is heavily implying. When I complained and asked for a refund, they helpfully added £10 for late payment. Buyer beware!

do not use their services they’ll charge you a giant fee for sending an email on your behalf! I terminated a service my self. And they still charged me. And refused to comply to Danish law of 14. Days of regret. Stay away! And they send a second bill as first claiming I didn’t pay the first even though I had no knowledge there was a fee. Had contact with them and they claimed that they’re just middle men. Even trying to remove my review here.

You can see my email address is remarkably similar to that of Termination Experts. This hasn't been lost on you, but has been lost on them as I have been testing them to see if their site is a load of AI generated, scammers pish.

I can confirm that this is the case; they send the same generic AI replies to every email, and maintain that the VAT number NL123456789 is not a work of fiction.

Yesterday I told them to cancel all "bills" or face the consequences of their fraud. They have not done so.

So here's what you can do.

1- Report them to HMRC for VAT fraud. They are claiming VAT on invoices despite not being VAT registered, unless you believe a PO box address and VAT number NL123456789 are legit.

2- Feel free to go on their website, and cancel some subscriptions for real using the following details:

Email: experterminationatgmail.com (note that Trustpilot doesn't allow email addresses, so substitute the word "at" for the "at" symbol you would use in an email)

Despite above address and details being fake, they will not notice. There will be no comeback against you. But it will waste their time and money.

Make sure you report to the tax authorities too; cancelling subscriptions on their site is naughty, but reporting to HMRC could get them closed down (or jailed).

This company very cleverly fooled me. I thought o was cancelling my Hello fresh subscription but somehow they popped up and not knowingly I used them to cancel my hello fresh subscription. Why would I go looking for a company to cancel a subscription I could easily do online???!!! They don’t even mention their fees. Sly! I mean you only need to read all the reviews here for God sake!!! They are now saying I owe them money €35 for posting a letter!!! Which Hello Fresh never received! I cancelled the subscription myself. How can their company pop up when you’re cancelling sth??? Total scam!!! The guards have been informed and this company has been reported. Disgraceful they keep doing this to people!!!!

Termination Experts are claiming VAT despite not being VAT registered.

They claim their VAT number is, wait for it, NL123456789. This sounds like the combination an idiot would put on his safe. Or a made up VAT number.

Termination Experts- you don't read emails properly, but you do seem to read Trustpilot, so read and understand the following VERY carefully. If you do not cancel all "invoices" by 5pm on Wednesday 17th September 2025, approximately 1400 people will report you to the tax authorities, and begin spamming your site.

You have been warned.

EDIT 18/09/25- Look at their response to this review. A review that makes some pretty serious statements about them. Wow...

I have reported this company to ACTION FRAUD and the Police.
