Returning customer, second fan I have purchased, very quick next day delivery, cant fault the product or customer service. Really fantastic fan and can be used as a heater in winter, a sure winner all-round, very quiet and well made and modern looking

Great experience with ordering and delivery. Only got it yesterday due to the Bank Holiday so just had a quick test. It seems really good, and am looking forward to using it for both cooling and heating.

Never had a problem with the company, love the range of fans and good prices on the slight change you need customer support i find them fantastic and very helpful

i did read the instructions and the diagrams ,must admit i was very confused but did get it going ,still not sure as i didnt know how to up the heat, but it is quiet and when my son comes homei will ask him to show me

Very quiet and good for the small room I wanted it for.
The one thing that I found not so good was that I paid extra for a Saturday delivery and it arrived th following Tuesday.

Apart from a small glitch with the delivery company, my fan arrived on the expected day. Well packaged. Don’t need to use it yet, but I’ve had a little try to see if I could follow the instructions. There’s a couple of buttons not mentioned on the instructions (timer and oscillation), but quite self explanatory. So overall happy so far…except one little niggle….white remote! I’ve got a “graphite fan”….i guess I’m being uber picky :)

We now have 4 of these in the house, one more and every room that needs one will have one, I'll be getting that soon, great both in summer and winter. fantastic

Easy to order and quick delivery

Easy to use website and order process. It was delivered next day by the courier company DX Express who kept me informed at every step of the pick up and delivery and all this for free! The product arrived in excellent condition and does what it says on the box. It's super quiet from low to mid and even at its highest setting is acceptable. Such good value compared to a Dyson.

Although not had much chance to try it yet It looks a very good product. Instructions very easy to follow and looks as if it will be very effective.

Decent product at a decent price, works well on warm and cool. Delivered on time .Be great if we actually have a summer

The product description on the website was loaded with relevant information, so was very helpful to customer searches. The ordering and delivery was effortless. The product Vortex fan/heater Pro plus is good and simple to use but I am still trialling it within my 30 day guarantee. And of course I love the fact that it is a fan and heater but also a large range of a choice of colours which can merge into most decors and satisfy person taste.
