Louder than expected
Delivery was confusing as I was given an expected date that was confirmed by DX Live chat but didn't happen. Delivery was completed the following day. The fan is louder than expected even on a low setting so don't expect to use it to it's full capacity that might feel a bit un helpful when needed.

The design is amazing
The design is amazing, great colour choice, looks great in our living room. The heat aspect is good and the cool fan is good too. Quiet and efficient. I wouls highly recommend this product.

It came quickly after delivery
It came quickly after delivery, which was good.
Having tried it, it's not up to the standard of a Dyson unfortunately, that's what I was expecting, bit for a fan and a heater, it's OK.

I was really sceptical about this…
I was really sceptical about this product, after reading mixed reviews but everyone is different. I can only tell you what I feel and to me it does exactly what I bought it for , it soon warms the room up on a chilly morning and cools quickly on a warm day so yes very happy would I recommend yes I would.

I had a problem with the actual delivery company DX they sent my package to a different depot I called the 0161 number for vortex air spoke to a very understanding person I explained the issue he arranged for a new order to be delivered the next day received it the next day great service and a very very good product
