Very friendly and in-depth 1-1 lesson on how to operate a drone. This was my first time using one and Karim was great at showing me the basics of flying and providing advice on how to incorporate techniques and methods when operating a drone for filming purposes!

An invaluable training session with Karim and an opportunity to fly several drones. Karim is very knowledgable and put across the advice and information in a way I could understand having never flown a drone before. I would strongly recommend Vortex Drone Training for anyone thinking of buying a drone, or who has bought one and needs some advice and guidance, or just for the fun of it.

I had a drone tutorial with Karim which was amazing! Karim brought along multiple drones allowing me to experience the differences (and similarities) between different size drones including a First Person View (FPV) drone that provides a really immersive user experience! He talked me through what I needed to know to fly and control drones safely, all the different features of the drones and their cameras, and how to deal with situations like losing visual sight of your drone.
Karim was very knowledgeable, explained things clearly to me, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who's thinking about starting to fly, wants to experience different types of drones before buying one, and wants a fun day out!

From my first enquiry to the actual lesson Karim was amazing!! During the actual lesson, things were explained with great care and attention. A great training course , well put together and Karim was incredibly knowledgeable and a great teacher, I had no knowledgeable of drones but learnt lots of the basics, good time with lots of hands on time, safe area and facilities, easy location to find , very recommended if you want to get to know drones

Had an excellent training session with Karim. Really knowledgeable, lots of information to take in but he does it in a very relaxed setting and goes at a pace to suit you. It was great fun getting to try out different drones before we make a purchase. Would highly recommend if you are thinking about making a purchase or even if you just want to fly a drone for a couple of hours.

My wife had wanted to try flying a drone for ages, so I booked places for the two of us on a Just Fly! introductory session. When a forecast of rain and wind meant it had to be cancelled, Karim was very obliging in finding an alternative date to run the course. We spent a most enjoyable morning learning from our knowledgeable and informative instructor, with plenty of hands-on flying time. Highly recommended for anyone thinking of investing in a drone.

Was lucky to have a 121 session. I learnt a lot and had the opportunity to try other drones. Got lot of helpful tips that will definitely help with my confidence. Very nice instructor was really friendly. Would definitely go back if I need anymore support. Highly recommend…

I had a morning drone flying session with Vortex, the instructor was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was a complete beginner before this session and I left feeling very confident that I could now fly a drone safely. I flew three different drones on the day, all with different characteristics and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I would highly recommend Vortex drone training for beginners and also for people wanting to improve their flying skills.
