Lucy Wiley wasn’t my initial sales advisor. But she took me under her wing and I have attended both face to face demonstrations and online courses which was invaluable to me I getting to know my TM6 which is the best investment I have ever made. Lucy also has a wonder WhatsApp group where we can share recipes and get help when needed it’s a great support. Thank you Lucy

I’ve had my TM6 for coming up to 3 years now after a watching a demonstration by Lucy Wiley. I knew 5 minutes in that I needed it in my life!

I use it more or less every other day. If I can avoid crying chopping onions, I will haha. One of my favourite hacks is using it to poach the perfect eggs.

I love the selection of recipes on Cookidoo and have tried some that I never thought I would try. It’s a great way of trying new foods & helps so much with planning meals throughout the week.

We bought our TM6 from Lucy Whiley just as Lockdown happened, and the machine literally saved our family from my awful cooking! We have been eating gourmet meals ever since, and Lucy has been so supportive, from sharing recipe ideas, to helping with technical glitches or product support. Even years later, she continues to check in and offer help.

What a clever machine. It’s hard to imagine the number of tasks my TM6 can do just by looking at the machine. It’s so easy to use - foolproof. Ideal if you have a small kitchen - all the devices you could ever need in one machine. As I live on my own, I find that batch cooking with my TM6 has saved me time and money and just as important, I know exactly what’s gone on to the preparation of my meals - no hidden additives or chemicals. Wish I had one of these machines when my family were all at home. A definite game changer. I’ve tried recipes that I would never have thought of making - it’s so easy with the Thermomix. I would also like to thank and praise Lucy Wiley who is one of their advisors who
“adopted” me when my advisor moved on. Her help and support has been invaluable. We live many miles from each other but she’s at the end of the phone, offers fantastic support groups on various social media outlets. This support as well as my fantastic Thermomix machine has encouraged me to experiment and try new recipes.

TM 6.

Bought a TM6 via my advisor Lucy Wiley and I can honestly say it changed my (kitchen) life! I’d been coveting a Thermomix for a number of years before finally making a purchase and just wish I’d done it sooner.

Whilst the TM6 is just a fantastic piece of equipment, undoubtedly the support from Lucy as an advisor has made all the difference. Whilst setting up and getting going with my new machine was easy, it was good to know there was someone who could help if I needed it. Since then I’ve “stalked” Lucy and have been lucky enough to attend workshops/demos, get ideas for recipes to try, advice on resolving issues. She’s a star.

I’d recommend Thermomix to everyone and also getting a Lucy as part of the deal.

Bought my TM6 four years ago. It has literally taught me to cook. Fantastic product love the recipe app and love that my advisor Lucy Whiley has been so helpful with anything from recipe ideas to quick fix knowledge. She's fab, TM6 is fab, foods fab! Get one!

I am an amateur chef and never thought I’d need something like this in my kitchen. I was persuaded by my wife to get one and I’ve been blown away by how amazing this machine is. I’m also very grateful for the support from my brilliant Advisor Esther Hooley, who encourages me to try new dishes all the time. The curries and Thai dishes are as good as any restaurant and the breads are all amazing.

Amazing machine. I bought a while ago and have really grown in confidence using it. No recipe has ever failed and love how I can use the app to plan meals...made the chicken orzo dish tonight, so tasty. I also use at the beginning of the week so I can get meals planned. So clever how I can prepare salads..it really has revolutionised and made my life easier.

You can not beat the support that the Customer Care team give, they are all outstanding! Helps me with Cookidoo, to returning items I have accidentally ordered to providing invoices when I need them! They get a hard time on here, but if you were in their shoes - how would you deal with all these emails/calls!

The smartest kitchen appliance

Wish I'd know about Thermomix sooner.. I've owned one for nearly 3 years now and honestly don't know what I'd do without it.. I eat very little processed foods now as I can make things like stock paste and bread myself. We're so much more healthy and its way cheaper.

I bought a TM6 a little over 3 years ago, including an extended warranty for a total of 5 years. Recently, one of the parts (the green gear) of the blending knife broke without any apparent reason after just 3 years of normal use.

To my surprise, I discovered today that the blending knife is NOT covered by the extended warranty, and I need to purchase a new one myself. This is quite disappointing, both in terms of the machine's durability and the customer service experience.

I expected much better from such a reputed brand.

I have been using my thermomix over 4 months. The team is always there whenever I needed.
I love my thermomix.
