I recently purchased a Thermomix, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very first moment, my advisor made everything so easy to understand — their clear and engaging way of explaining how the machine works helped me feel confident and excited to start using it right away.

As for the Thermomix itself: it has completely transformed my kitchen routine. What used to take hours now takes minutes, and I no longer feel overwhelmed by cooking. Whether it’s chopping, steaming, kneading, blending, or even guided recipes — the Thermomix does it all in one sleek device. It’s like having a personal assistant in the kitchen.

Thanks to my advisor fatin Hamed and the Thermomix, I now enjoy cooking more than ever before. It has truly made my life easier, healthier, and more delicious!

I had a great experience with Fatin Hamed she was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. What stood out most was how genuinely friendly and approachable she was throughout the entire interaction. She answered all my questions with patience and made sure I felt confident in my decision.

Her ability to communicate the details in such a convincing and honest way really made the difference. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch, it felt like a helpful conversation. You can tell she truly cares about the customer’s experience. She definitely deserves recognition for her professionalism and excellent customer service!

We've had our Thermomix for just over a year and I have been enjoying restaurant quality food ever since. Cutting out ultra processed food has helped me to loose two stone effortlessly!

What an amazing product. The thermomix has quite literally changes my families' lives for the better, I never used to cook, now I can make amazing meals for everyone, even my teenage daughter uses it. Made a massive difference to general gut health as I haven't bought any processed meals, sauces, or a loaf of bread since buying this. Thank to Bianca Brown who sold us the Thermomix, still, a year in she's fantastic with advice and meal ideas.

Honestly I’ll clap for Sara rebai for changing my mind regarding TM6 as am not an easy person to convince . Especially when it comes to anything to do with technology. But through her Instagram page seeing he delicious dishes prepared by TM6 , I could see how great to have that beautiful little magical thermomix. I didn’t hesitate a second to order onewhich i am so pleased with it and im thinking to get the new TM7 for my mum. Thank you Sara for being such an amazing adviser

I’ve upgraded to TM6 last November after meeting Bianca Brown and being an owner of a TM31 for 15+years. Bianca’s excitement, honesty and passion is contagious! She is always available for anything her clients need. It was the best decision as I never stopped using it since then. Thank you!

We visited the Belfast store today with Maria & Christy they were amazing they cooked 4 different items we we treated like queens their knowledge is brilliant we tasted all the food and went home with a fab goody bag they explain def things on the Tk7 + tips I totally love my TM7 I never used a saucepan since I got it Sous/ vide is fab mode for fish

I had heard about the magical Thermomix via some friends some years ago and thought how much I would love one. So when I saw Bianca Brown demonstrating with taste samples of fresh bread, dips and cakes at the local market I was sold! Bianca became my rep and her infectious passion and complete knowledge of the product and the company are fantastic support to have. The Thermomix is such a magic tool making planning and creating delicious meals easy. We all love it and what it produces in our family 🥰 and we love Bianca Brown too.

Have been the owner of a TM31 for the last 14 years but decided to take the plunge and purchase the brand new TM7 which I received a couple of weeks ago and it is amazing! A few days in, however, I had a problem with the lid getting stuck and spoke to Samantha Croom, my local distributor, who went above and beyond to try and help me sort it out. It did right itself in the end, but I spoke to a customer service advisor the following day just to register the problem and to get some tips should it happen again. They were incredibly helpful and professional sending me advice in an email and even offering me a new machine!! Fantastic service.
If anyone is thinking about getting the new TM7, do, it will change your cooking life!
Oh and lastly a big shout out to Samantha Croom again, she’s a passionate advisor and I have enjoyed her online demonstrations, so much!

I was introduced to Fathia by a close friend to buy the TM6 and she told me that she was the best advisor than you can have in the borough. She was right! Fathia is very dedicated and passionate, she always here to help and support you for any kind of problems that i have with my TM6.
She also organised fun and amazing classes, from online to face to face event, the last one was decorating cake using thermomix, it was a success, everyone enjoyed it. Every day, Fathia will post new recipes from cookidoo that she made and review it.
It makes my life so easy to have her as an advisor, and i have been using my thermomix to the fullest.
