Booked a Virgin Atlantic flight through the Vouchercloud link (after activating it). The booking was done straight away after activation, not through an incognito browser; cookies were accepted.

However Vouchercloud say that the purchase did not track despite having followed all the requirements. I am therefore disappointed with the company. It appears that the same has happened to others based on their reviews.

Just like all other bad reviews my reward disappeared from my account. I have sent them at least 5 emails and no one responds. I have all the evidence that I bought my holiday immediately after clicking through their website and my purchase met all their criteria. I have to think like the other people on this review site and ask if Vouchercloud are scamming people. I also will be contacting Trading Standards and won’t give up until I find out what is going on. If they are scamming people this needs to be stopped. I wish I had used a different site as my reward was £90 and this is a lot of money for me. I have been asked to provide my support reference number which is 78375274

FAULTY TRACKING SYSTEM and NON-EXISTENT "Support"
Placed an order for on the beach. voucher tracked correctly to start of with and then 30 days after the holiday the tracking vanishes. I have the proof that it was tracking.

My suspicion, and that of many others, is that VoucherCloud keeps the cashback from the merchant without passing it onto customers. Essentially, fraud. I have spoken to on the beach who have confirmed that the holiday went ahead without me cancelling and that they have verified this. I have also met the threshold of £3200 that i needed to spend to get the voucher.

The Customer Support department refuse to help. Replies to emails are on and off if you are lucky.

You cant email Customer Support from their own website as it doesn't even work, and the contact telephone number doesn't work either. you know this is a company to avoid!

AVOID! Many better cashback and reward platforms are available.

Such an easy site to navigate. Very helpful customer service. Great to be rewarded with vouchers every month by shopping your favourite brands.

Great offers and great savings.. However, SOMETIMES, the Retailer, will deny knowledge of Voucher cloud codes... (Just go back to VC to ask for Support!!).
