I came across this Vex gift voucher in my Google wallet worried that it was out of date I went onto the website to redeem it I had to enter the voucher number but couldn't find the pin. I emailed them got a reply almost straight away telling me where to look for my pin, I'd like to say a big thank you to William with his help I can now use my gift voucher 👍

When I explained that the sticker on my John Lewis giftcard had flaked off, taking the pin code with it, I discovered it now has to go from Yorkshire to Kent to attempt a refund, since this is apparently the fault of Tesco in Margate. John Lewis really know how to treat their customers.

I ordered an National Garden e-gift voucher for my sister-in-law's birthday, Unfortunately I entered an incorrect email address. When I discovered this, I contacted the company. Kaye Tinsley very quickly responded, and sent the voucher to the correct address. The customer service was excellent.

Very impressed by the service that I received from Neil. Reported an issue with a gift card gift given and he worked out the issue. Took a couple of days to be resolved, but he followed it up as promised and called me back twice to keep me informed and stayed on the phone to check that I had been able to complete the process.
