Very annoying system. Had to re-enter card and pin multiple times and form doesn't allow their own number format with dashes. First time I tried to redeem it failed with error and had to start again. The redemption site has one job to do and does it badly.
And generally I think most people would rather get cash. Going through an annoying site is not a nice experience when getting a gift.
