I had an issue with a Gift Card that I had purchased and needed to send it to an alternative email address. Two minutes (literally!) after sending an email to a generic Customer Service email address, I had received a PDF copy which I could send however and wherever I wished. Massive compliments to Kaye Tinsley for a successful outcome.
