Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the customer service, finding it unhelpful and difficult to reach a real person. They also encountered issues with the response time, which was often slow or non-existent, and had trouble contacting the company through their website or email. Amazon voucher not received.

Amazon voucher promised by 7.4.26 if Santander account opened, but nothing received. Tried raising an enquiry by contacting Vouchersent via their online form and email, but all I get is a standard reply telling me to raise an enquiry with them, which I've already done. Waste of time and effort!

Absolutely ridiculous company

Absolutely ridiculous company - opened a Santander account November 2025 with promise of £100 Amazon voucher. Have sent numerous enquiries as to where said voucher is and they have replied today saying I haven’t enquired and now it’s too late. Santander not bothered at all. Absolute sham.

This company should be fined and closed down!

I was explicitly advised by their emails not to contact them before 26th February if I had not received the voucher, when I wrote after that date, they said that window to complain is closed.
I can confirm that no clear or prominent deadline for submitting a complaint or enquiry was provided, nor were terms and conditions including such a deadline included or brought to my attention. There is also no access to enquiry system.
Santander claims it's nothing to do with them and both ignored further emails.
Martin definitely should do something about this scammers but after reading other reviews it sounds like that there is no help from him either.
Surprise, surprise, they did not reply to any of the people who gave them 1 star here! It says a lot.

Opened a santander account as advertised and never received my £100 due 3 months ago.
Santander don't want to know as it is “a third party issue”… shame on you Santander.
I have emailed martin lewis.
Why is this company still running with so many issues which indicate it might be possible someone at voucher sent is having lovely holidays and a serious f*** off car.
Fuming - and it is not over Vouchersent…….

Avoid any Santander or other offers from this scam company!

Like many others here, I also opened a Santander Easy Access Account in December 2025 via the MoneySavingExpert.com link, and fulfilled all the necessary criteria in terms of amount and duration. Should have received my £10 Amazon voucher by 7th April 2026. Submitted queries as instructed in VoucherSent's email for my missing Gift Card on the 7th, and received a generic response telling me to 'wait a little longer', which otherwise made very little sense, and then nothing since.. Santander just tell you you to keep checking with VoucherSent, which is not possible as they ignore your messages. Very unprofessional, both companies. Unless you want to spend weeks chasing them for your promised gift card or bonus, I would avoid them both. Optimise Media (VoucherSent) are a scam.

Scam company

Scam company. I opened a Santander account and Voucher Sent were the company who were supposed to send the promotional voucher. I have never received it despite various attempts, providing different email addresses and contacting MSE. They eventually sent me an email with the link for the voucher to click which one I wanted and it said I would receive it in 24 hours later. I have still not received the voucher 12 days later!!!

VOUCHERSENT not responding

I opened a Santander Easy Access Account 9th December 2025 via the Money Saving Expert link, met (and checked) all of the eligibility criteria .

I should have received a £10 Amazon voucher by the 7th April 2026. It never arrived.

No acknowledgement or response has been received by VoucherSent after completing the online enquiry form.

I reached out to Santander who basically said it was nothing to do with them and to contact Money Savings Expert.

Think twice before account application if BONUS vouchers are NOT met.…

Successfully opened Santander Easy Access Account in December 2025 via Money Saving Expert link, committed the full bank balance criteria in terms of amount and duration. Then we are supposedly receiving a £10 Amazon voucher by 7.4.2026 .

No action was taken by VoucherSent after filling an online enquiry form on the deadline of proposed voucher dispatch.

Rang Santander for assistance. They only said to follow up with Vouchersent.com

There is no point opening any account with Santander in future when the bonus offer isn't met by Vouchersent and the Bank does not seem interested.

Santander scam offer

Scam company, they do not honour vouchers promised by opening a Santander savings account, They sent me confirmation email, for receipt end of March. When voucher not received they said email was not connected to account . yet they emailed me back on same Email ?. Santander and Martin Lewis should be ashamed for associating with these scammers. Now going to ditch Santander and not follow Martin Lewis BS.

£100 Amazon Voucher Scam

After correctly following all the necessary steps via the Santander and Vouchersent offer in October, I am still yet to receive the £100 Amazon Voucher. I have contacted both Santander and Vouchersent and they both tell me to contact the other as they are not responsible. As with myself and many others here it is clear that they have intentionally scammed consumers and had no intention of honouring the terms and conditions. I will be closing my Santander account and escalating this complaint to the financial ombudsman and trading standards.

What a waste of time and effort

I signed up via the link from Martin Lewis so I thought provided I completed all the terms and conditions that the £100.00 voucher would arrive, the date for the voucher came and went so I contacted voucher sent who said that this hadn't been tracked and they needed to contact Santander, despite chasing this several times and offering to send vouchersent the details they require I keep getting back the same response "this has been sent to Santander for verification" I have spoken to Santander and they say it has nothing to do with them so going around in circles, needless to say I am guessing that I opened this account and followed all the instructions for no reason at all.

I would have given no stars if that was an option

** UPDATE** after numerous emails going backwards and forwards with VoucherSent today I FINALLY got my amazon voucher, this has been a very long and time consuming process and it's not something that I would enter into again, however keep chasing them and if you do meet the criteria then you should get your voucher, still leaving this at 1 star

Same as others problem with MSE santander off of £100. Ive fulfilled the offer but they are refusing voucher. Santander wont confirm with them so Ive logged an official complaint being sent to FOS.
Voucher sent have no clear method for contact just an enquiry form so you go round and round in circles. You cant provide acreenshots or uploads.
Contacted MSE but they arent interested either.

Save yourself the hassle and avoid

Scam company

Scam company, they do not honour vouchers that were promised by opening an santander savings account, sent them emails, no response back from them, need to be investigated, so many people now have been scammed, doing it again, this time a promise of a £25 amazon giftcard if you switch to santander. Don't fall for it.

Literally Pointless

This is a scam, but I don't even know why since I didn't give them any money, presumably Santander are paying them to entice customers to their bank and they are just taking the money from that side and pretending the end user doesn't exist?

Either way, I have given up the little remaining hope I had of every receiving the sign up bonus, and I will be closing my Santander account.

They are fraudsters !!

They are fraudsters ! I tried their £100 Amazon voucher offer for switching banks and jumped through all their hoops but along with everyone else on here and Martin Lewis forum and YouTube etc I have not received the voucher. I have also spoken to Santander several times but they say it is nothing to do with them even though it says on voucher sent they are their customer along with well known energy companies etc so they should really be taking action as now voucher(NOT)sent have all my data and details to sell for far more than the lower than RRP cost they would have paid if the vouchers even exist. No name , no phone numbers , just a faceless online website probably using AI. Have reported to the financial ombudsman to look at and would hope Santander take action too!! Waste of time and stress of nearly 6 months and will no doubt take a further 6 months for them to be investigated ! Will also report to watchdog and trading standards and suggest everyone else who applied and also in this situation does the same as it should not be allowed and put me off promotions ever again ( and sadly Martin Lewis!)

Appalling company!

Same as most others on here that I did the Santander incentive and they stated that they had not tracked it, despite receiving the qualifying email.
You are unable to contact anyone and nobody gets back to you. Absolutely disgusting!
MSE should not be promoting this!

Santander £100 Amazon scam voucher sent

Total scam. Signed up for the £100 Amazon reward in October through Money Saving Expert to open Santander account. Had confirmation from voucher sent and complied with all terms and conditions. But no voucher received. Chased it up four times with voucher sent who saying conveniently it was not tracked and they need to go via Santander. Avoid at all costs will be closing Santander account also. MSE should not advertise these scams.
