Total scam. I signed up for a First Direct bank account switch via the Money Saving Expert website - it said I would receive a £25 Amazon voucher, in December 2025. I got an email from 'Voucher Sent'... See more

Along with all the other reviewers, I am disgusted that this company is allowed to continue operating.
And also, that Santander are affiliated with them but refuse any sort of accountability.
I am in the process of moving my bank account from Santander because of their woeful customer service and will not be having anything further to do with them or Vouchersafe.
Utter shower

As all other users contacted multiple times about a Santander voucher. Never received and don’t respond. Companies partnering with these guys are risking their own reputations.
I asked Santander to rebate me directly. They did.

Signed up for a promo offering £10 voucher and opened a Santander savings account on 17December2026. Immediately received a confirmation of registration from Vouchersent. The email said: "If you haven’t received your email by 7th April, please use this link to raise a query. Please note, we are unable to investigate enquiries before this date, as every application must first complete the approval process before a Gift Card can be issued."
Since then:
7/April - contact made using the link. response - please wait a bit longer. Asked for current account OLA.
15/4 - enquiry received, link to updating enquiry.
21/4 - enquiry number received
23/4 - your application was not tracked, we will need to verify with Santander.
23/4 - Contacted Santander, they confirmed I was eligible, contacted voucher sent
30/4 - voucher is at the discretion of Santander, we need to refer back to them
19/5 - contacted MSE who advertised the promo, no support offered, suggested contacting Vouchersent and Resolver
19/5 - Resolver has not got Vouchersent in their company list, it may take long time to include, so keep chasing voucher sent without waiting for resolver
19/5 - contacted voucher sent using 2 different links on their webpage
22/5 - sorry this promotion is now closed and as per T&C, enquiry period elapsed on 24th April.
22/5 - responded saying enquiry started in march
Oh, and I do check Spam/Junk folder every day.
Opened a Santander saving account on the promise of Amazon voucher in December 2025 to be sent via these scam merchants. Never received the voucher. When raised a query received a generic email saying that the campaign had finished! Thieving scumbags shouldn't be allowed to trade. As the other negative reviews pointed out they probably pocketed the money from the banks.

Along with other reviewers I met all the criteria needed to receive a £10. Amazon voucher. I opened a Santander Savings Account and sent a request for the voucher which they told me had been sent... it had not! I have raised several complaints with them but they either send a useless generic response or no response at all. I think this is a complete scam!

To qualify for the £10 Amazon gift card offer, I opened a Santander Easy Access account, via the MSE link on 11/12/25.I maintained a £100+ balance in the savings account from 11th December 2025 until after 31st January 2026. I received an email acknowledgement of my registration from Vouchersent on 11/12. Since 7/4 I have chased up Vouchersent 3 times, and still no Amazon gift card. There is no telephone number available to contact them, they are very slow to respond to online enquires, and as other people have commented, you're probably only wasting your own time pursuing Vouchersent.

As others did what was asked for Santander and received nothing

I opened a Santander account and was promised a £100 Amazon voucher. Santander passed the voucher registration to Vouchersent, and I submitted all the required information. After completing all the required tasks, I checked on the voucher status a few months later, only to be told the claim window had closed and no voucher would be issued. Very misleading and extremely frustrating experience.

Signed up for the Santander promotion- no voucher sent, tiny time window to claim and then tough luck …referred to small print in the Ts&Cs. I’ll avoid them and any company using them for a promotion!

I opened a Santander account via the MSE website, this company were supposed to send me an Amazon voucher for doing so. I've emailed them, jumped through the various hoops that they've required and STILL not received the vouchers. The customer service is quite shockingly dire. Do not waste your time and use this company. There is a reason for all the 1 star reviews on here!
Update thank you for the cut and paste message you have replied to mine and all the other 95% 1 star reviews you've received 😀 😊 🤔.

Complete scam, and looking at other comments I am not alone in this conclusion.
Tl;dr - don't waste your time, move on if you see an offer to win an Amazon gift if you open a Santander account.
Opened up a new bank account with Santander based on an offer via Money Saving Expert. The offer was to open an account and make at least 30 transactions within 60 days and you would be rewarded with a £100 Amazon gift card. Sounded great! I could handily keep track of my transactions via the Santander banking app, so I know for sure I completed the terms of the offer. This offer was back in Nov 2025, and vouchers were due to be sent out in Feb 2026. I received nothing.
After a month or two of trying to contact Voucher Sent, I maybe twice received a response and was asked to allow at least 7 days for a response from them to allow time for them to look into my query. I heard nothing... In more recent attempts on reaching out to them, I heard nothing at all, and I have no time to keep chasing this any longer. It's clear I'm not getting anything, and clear they have no intention of delivering on the offer advertised. These communications are either going nowhere, the company does not care, or it's just a ploy to get people to sign up with Santander.
I don't know what the link is between Santander and Voucher Sent, but this experience reflects negatively on the both of them - I had no need to open another bank account. Personally, I will be avoiding anything offered by Voucher Sent, and I question Santander for continuing to use this company for their promos, as I still see them offering deals via Money Saving Expert. Only upside is I am not out of pocket, and I only put a pittance into my Santander account to generate the necessary transactions.

I was told explicitly via email not to contact Vouchersent before 7/4/2026. When I had not received the £10 Amazon voucher by this date I sent a query. The response I received was that the offer had expired on 7/4/2026. This is an absolute disgrace.

Just relaying what everyone else has said- not got my promotional voucher that was promised when opening my new Santander account. I met all the requirements and had two emails confirming that I would get one, however today after chasing again- I receive an email saying that the promotion has ended and that I will not get one… I have messaged them again and if no luck I will contact Santander to close my account and explain my reasons. I’ll also contact the money saving expert as I believe from memory they were something to do with the promotion. As the people that are hiring this company need to know what’s going on….

Pretty poor response for a Santander claim via MSE... slow to respond, keep asking same questions...feels either overwhelmed or poorly arranged.

Reply from VoucherSent
Complicated process, the company appears to be reluctant to provide vouchers even after criteria have been met.

Was meant to get my £25 gift card for switching to Santander by 10th march. Nothing. I email vouchersent on 15th march and 25th march. Nothing.
April 14th they email back asking for information I'd already provided in my initial emails to them.
April 22nd they come back saying: "we could only accept queries up until the 7th April.
As the enquiry period has now passed, we are no longer able to investigate or respond to any new claims. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause."
Absolute joke considering it was their ineptitude that took me past their deadline. Absolute scammers.

Terrible! I claimed in time and had the email to prove it. They failed to send the voucher. They are now saying that because I gave them extra time to send it i did not raise a query in time. Judging by the reviews this seems to be their standard practice. Just a shame that reputable brands such as Money Saving Expert and Santander are mixes il with this shower.

Exactly the same experience as others. Opened a Santander account, fulfilled the criteria for an Amazon voucher via VoucherSent and received nothing. Have raised multiple tickets over the course of multiple days and no response. Disgraceful.

Amazon voucher promised by 7.4.26 if Santander account opened, but nothing received. Tried raising an enquiry by contacting Vouchersent via their online form and email, but all I get is a standard reply telling me to raise an enquiry with them, which I've already done. Waste of time and effort!

Absolutely ridiculous company - opened a Santander account November 2025 with promise of £100 Amazon voucher. Have sent numerous enquiries as to where said voucher is and they have replied today saying I haven’t enquired and now it’s too late. Santander not bothered at all. Absolute sham.
