I am a new VOXI customer attempting to transfer my mobile number from Giffgaff using a PAC code. During a Live Chat session to facilitate this transfer, I provided my email address and PAC code to the agent.
Immediately following this interaction, I discovered that several unknown phone numbers had been added to my personal gmail account settings without my consent. This strongly suggests the agent used the information provided to attempt to compromise my personal security.
Required Actions:
I request an immediate investigation into the Live Chat logs and the actions taken by the agent during our session.
I require a formal written response acknowledging this data breach and outlining the steps VOXI is taking to secure my data.
I have already taken steps to secure my account, but I expect VOXI to confirm whether any other personal information was accessed or shared. I look forward to your urgent response regarding this matter.

I have had an amazing experience from the costumer service the agent was helpful and understanding.
but the platform is the reason for the poor star rating it would have been a 1 star but when using it was good connection but when closing my account it felt like a scam as I could not cancel without moving to another provider but I no longer needed the SIM. so if I did not read the end screen (most times I dont) I would have continued to be charged and the only way to get this sorted was to have an agent remove my payment card. Not Happy

I haven't even managed to use voxi yet - I dont get the one time passwords to log into my account.
I needed a new provier as the coverage on my old sim means I cant take or place calls.
I chopse Voxi, paid £10 for the sim plan.
Then I got my sim and put it in my phone - there were no instructions on what to do with it or how to move over to Voxi. I went online to activate sim - said it was already activated.
I needed to port my old number so I tried to log into my voxi account as it suggests online.
I dont know what my password is - I now can't reset the password as there is no number on the sim card.
Later in the evening a number appears on the sim - it would have been nice of Voxi to say - it takes a few hours for the number to load so insert your sim and leave for a few hours - this would have saved a lot of frustration and frankly rage and my phone (bear in mind I am swapping to you because I think it is going to be easy and it is going to solve my issue of my phone not working.
I am trying to do the otp and the website is now coming up with red error messages. your FB assistant tells me to try different browsers - I have tried on my phone and my laptop.
I get really frustrated send message to FB for help and then give up and go to bed.
In the morning I try again to update my password - the otp comes through (after the first one saying it was incorrect - though I typed in what it said - I have screen shots of this).
then I try again with the OTP - success I have changed my password - or I think I have, it is now asking me for a OTP again, and despite resending that 3 times now I am not receiving the code.
FB chat has asked for my details - I have given my name and sent screenshot of the number, twice further Minnie has asked for the number - I have explained that I cant copy and paste the number and said it is in the screenshot - can these agents not read screenshots? so again I am now angry because I cant log into the voxi account and FB agent cant take the info she is given.
This is terrible service, I expect to be able to log into my account without getting frustrated and without getting FB agent involved.
Today I have clicked onto your complaints page and twice I have done this and been met with a black screen. If I cannot get the service or access my account to even get started with voxi what happens down the line if I need to contact you or access my account - I am not about to enter into business with you for this.
40 mins later from trying to access my account 5 one time password texts have come through - thats not even within the we will send you a OTP in 5 mins and the OTP expires in 20 min.

I pre ordered the new Samsung Galaxy S26 throught my VOXI account and, when I received and opened the parcel, I discovered an iPhone box with a weighted tool inside. I contacted VOXI customer service immediately and since then I have been repeatedly told that the matter is “under investigation” and that I will receive an update, but it's been over two weeks now with no resolution.
This has caused significant inconvenience; my current phone is six years old, has battery issues, and no longer supports essential app updates. I purchased the new device specifically to avoid being left without a functioning phone.
At this point, a refund will not solve my problem, since the promotional price I paid is no longer available.
It's stressful to suffer a scam like this and even worse to not have support and resolution. It's over £700 spent as well.

Uses AI for customer service, and refuses to let you set up an account without PayPal. Avoid.
Oh, and sends you nuisance texts if you don't finish setting up your account, and asks you to text a number that incurs extra costs to make them stop. Shocking.
