A sincere sorry if my title offends you. To those who are here whether out of curiosity or a critical eye...I wrote this title on purpose. Yes, it’s a challenge. Not to offend, but to dare to compare. Here is a long story told short (Happy? :P).
Switching services is supposed to be exciting, full of new possibilities. But let’s be honest: the procedural nightmares from the previous provider you’re trying to leave can haunt you even in broad daylight. I was just another client looking for a fresh start, and a new brightening eyes cream, budget control and clear limits are what we all pay for. But even when you try to leave gracefully, big organizations often have a "smarter" enforcement process that overrides every your plans, even with the PAC rules watching your back.
While feeling helpless and stressed in this corporate maze, I met Bhavna.
Instead of standing there with too much sympathy or bad-mouthing the previous service like a scripted AI, Bhavna put real effort into a strategy within her power in the actual situation we are dealing. Instead of sending overwhelming, "sweet" messages that leave you feeling pale and no points at all, she actively navigated the complex web of T&Cs and more T&Cs for me to find what is true offer could be benefit on my side.
What I "dare to compare" is this: spending much less time on endless CX steps but feeling comfortable. Fewer long conversations ending in "Unfortunately," and finally feeling like someone is actually working on my case.
Just that?! Maybe you got a "nicer" result on your case, or maybe you’re laughing at my message. But in an era where "Customer Experience" has harmonized with hollow coating, I got a real human customer service with Bhavna.

For two days in a row all I get is "payment failed". There is NO ISSUE with my payment details, but they simply do not listen. After 2 days of messing about with messages and ZERO HELP, I instantly joined Smarty and my payment went through instantly (wouldn't listen when I told them that the issue laid with them, hence this proves it). I added 3 different cards, even PayPal, still payment failed, so was left with no choice but to bin them off. Sort your tech issues out, apologise, and I might come back! 🤬
I did chat in fbook to "your team" and they were as much use as a handbrake in a canoe!!. Left you now as you have non stop issues not allowing me to top up. I added 4 cards plus PayPal, all failed, yet worked first time with Smarty. Terrible customer support, very obvious it isn't Uk based support!

The agent was passionate and helpful happy to be part of voxi card company.
The agent service was absolutely 💯 helpful

Always very helpful and have always responded fast and resolved my issues especially when reaching out to a human agent. Thanks to Gautam who helped me get back online with my new sim today

Nidhish was very helpful and gets a 5 star review.
The reason I gave 4 stars is because VOXI did not give me the option to leave the service via my online account profile. A STAC number was provided and this was the only way I could stop my account. This is of no use to me as I am no longer living in the UK. Apart form when I tried to leave, VOXI service was good.

Nothing against agent they are bound by company policy but asking more than three legally required Data Protection questions over and over again is tedious when trying to get service cancelled.

Contacted Voxi today as I was having trouble transferring my esim to new phone. I dealt with an agent called Gautam who was very helpful and had it all sorted out for me and got me up and running again in no time! 😊 Very happy with the service I received. I recommend Voxi to anyone wanting a good deal with great customer service!

I spoke to 4 different people trying to track my refund. They cancelled my plan after I said I will be using it. Hours wasted, lost my refer deal and have no patience to keep trying after this. They are utterly terrible. They didnt read my message correctly initially, had 4 people ask the same security questions(security is also ridiculous compared to any other company I deal with), then as I said, refunded me and cancelled my plan when this was not even the payment I needed. Absolute joke of a company.
I took voxis copy and pasted reply and tried again. They cannot reinstate my sim or plan, I have to restart the process and I also can no longer use the promo code to get money off the first month so I am losing the deal I initially got because their customer service ignoring what I said.

Had a problem with my account, I messaged VOXI on Facebook and they got back to me straight away and resolved my problem promptly and then checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was ok with my account. Brilliant service VOXI thank you 😊👍

Promised first month free but charged me. Customer service extremely rude and unhelpful. Would never use again. Had to raise dispute with PayPal.

Voxi works fine in the UK for me, decent signal and few drop outs. The problems started when I went abroad on holiday. First you have to but an add on (Europe or global) but not all countries seem to be covered. So you would ask customer service, which is an inanimate Bot. So you buy the add on as suggested and it doesn't work.
So now your in a foreign country, and your phone doesn't work like back in the 90's!
You try and contact customer services again and again, and get the same stupid Bot giving the same incorrect information, and can't get hold of a human until back in the UK.
When back in the UK, you bring the phone number, and after being cut off a number of times finally decide to complain. Your then put through to a person who can't speak English, and who really couldn't care less. Well done voxi for your terrible customer service.

Urmi was the first rep that could help me with speed and clarity after MONTHS of trying to get my number to work! Urmi deserves a raise!

Tried to get an e-sim from Voxi, but was unable to activate it - then the trouble really started! Have you tried contacting these people? They clearly hate humans and design systems to destroy human well-being. If you ever want to exit Voxi, you HAVE to speak to an 'agent'. Good luck with that. The AI demonstrated its usual mastery of circuitous verbiage, offering me contact with an 'agent' that led to nothing...again, and again and again.
Finally, I connected to a Vodafone representative in India who endeavoured to be helpful, as opposed to the AI, which repeatedly hung up on me.
For all I know, Voxi may be a great service at a great price, but a business that is so anti-human deserves to fold, otherwise we'll be pinning all our hopes on John Connor.

Very bad service. Not having a proper network. They dont refund you for their bad service. Dont use even if they promise you. Even if they reply to this feedback, this is not true they will solve your problem

On VOXI for a year now. Great service as it’s a Vodafone sub-brand. My plan is a loyalty plan of 80GB + unlimited social, music and video for a tenner a month which is unbeatable at that price. 5G, esim, unlimited mins, texts and mms, visual voicemail all included. Puts all others like EE to shame which are still over the top pay monthly contracts with annual price rises / over the top PAYG. Moved from EE as they were zero value and didn’t care about 7+ years of loyalty.

Incident Details:
Date and Time of Chat: 26/03/26
17:25 to 17:43 UK time
Agent Name {Gautam}
I am a new VOXI customer attempting to transfer my mobile number from Giffgaff using a PAC code. During a Live Chat session to facilitate this transfer, I provided my email address and PAC code to the agent.
Immediately following this interaction, I discovered that several unknown phone numbers had been added to my personal gmail account settings without my consent. This strongly suggests the agent used the information provided to attempt to compromise my personal security.
Required Actions:
I request an immediate investigation into the Live Chat logs and the actions taken by the agent during our session.
I require a formal written response acknowledging this data breach and outlining the steps VOXI is taking to secure my data.
I have already taken steps to secure my account, but I expect VOXI to confirm whether any other personal information was accessed or shared. I look forward to your urgent response regarding this matter.
