Deals are great, only thing that letting this network is the service in certain areas specially my area and my house. I lose service everyday either with data or normal service dont get calls or if I do people cant hear me or I cant hear them

Voxi sent out a prepaid sim card that, when it arrived, had no data loaded.
Fairly easy to resolve using online Agents.
However, some confusion over being told to "visit a Vodafone store for assistance" and the Vodafone staff unable to help AND confirming "This happens all the time "
I had to pay another £15 to put credit on the sim card and was assured a refund would be issued back to my PayPal account .
This is where the "Service" is abysmal...
NO REFUND ISSUED .
No online Agent could find my account or help me in anyway with the matter.
Had to use PayPal to resolve the refund issue.
Sim card does work exactly like a Vodafone sim and much cheaper .
But like many of these online deals when things go wrong it is almost always impossible to resolve easily .

Joined VOXI and paid £10.00 for an eSIM service. I arranged a PAC transfer with an agreed port date of 18/05/26.
On 18/05/26 my previous provider correctly ceased service, however VOXI failed to transfer my number. My long-established mobile number effectively disappeared whilst only the temporary VOXI number remained active.
I contacted support multiple times and was eventually told the port had failed and I would need to wait a further 48–72 hours.
I also requested a refund due to the failed service and loss of continuity, however this was refused. I was later offered only a partial refund of £8.67.
Very disappointing experience and extremely stressful when your main number is affected.

In Uk great value but currently abroad and unable to access roaming data despite now 4 pending payments after adding the roaming data. It says it’s added then it disappears off the account when you refresh.
Tried chat, calling, contacting on x and instagram but cannot get this issue resolved. Voxi have made no contact when the chat failed and a human was supposed to to get in touch. Currently abroad unable to access data or phone calls or messages. No contact on social platforms either. Luckily I can use my partner’s phone atm. This problem arises every time we travel abroad but only on my phone. It’s usually sorted via the chat and a link being sent but no contact has been made by voxi as already stated

Cancellation of the PAYG SIM only is very difficult. Excessive security questions related to the payment method used, after I've used that credit card for over a year to pay for the SIM card. Lots of stalling, no proper confirmation being send... the only thing that seems to work if you are transferring a number elsewhere. The issue I had was cancelling and discarding the phone number.

i would like to change opinion , i was wrong about the voxi network , it has been almost a week , without the internet. i still haven't received a solution of any kind . they asked me to wait for 48 hrs , while their tech team will contact with me. no trace of those guys tbh. i don't think i will refer any of my friends to try or rely on this network

Do not buy a refurbished phone from VOXI. Trying to get support for a faulty refurbished phone from VOXI is extremely painful. Being passed backwards and forwards from Vodafone and VOXI with none of them taking responsibility. In the end I had to go to a Vodafone shop and advise im not leaving until someone gave me some support.
After allot of long phone calls out the back they said they would send it for repair which I fully explained the problem and it wasn't tested properly and just sent back with couldn't find a problem which is still there.
So far the phone I got for my dad had been completely useless and unusable for a couple of months that im paying for monthly with a fault I have now found out is common on the iPhone Pro Max phones with constant crashing and then not turning back on for hours.
It is probably the worst customer support I have ever experienced in my 47 years by a long way.

What do you expect when the chat centre is based in India! Idiots who cannot understand basic English. Lied and mis sold me a contract, and then ended up cutting my existing plan though never asked for it.

Being honest, the worst experience Ive ever had.
It was actually comical. It took 3 weeks of back and forth 3 sim cards sent to me, The support was horrendous all done on messenger with 10 - 20 minute pauses between chatting! Only when I cracked and said I want to cancel and be refunded did they sort the problem! I honestly dont feel comfortable being with voxi currently. I guess you get what you pay for its a lot cheaper for same deal as vodafone, but to be honest I would rather pay more and have better support!
Also just had issues signing into voxi account and am currently locked out lol.
In summary I wouldnt recommend to anyone and feel like Ive made a big mistake!
Have to give them the benefit of the doubt as I am now a reluctant member!
