Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have attempted now to contact them on several occasions in relation to an order. Firstly tired the online chat where I constantly had to repeat myself as they did not take the time to read the information. Also they seemed to terminate the chat suddenly therefore having to go through the same process again and again. Very frustrating. When I then tried to contact via telephone it took over 30 minutes for the handler to find my order and following this I was told to ring back tomorrow. I requested if someone within the correct department could ring me back given the number of unsatisfactory attempts already experienced. This was not facilitated and I can only assume I will have another frustrating attempt tomorrow.

I just can't get over how terrible an experience being a user of Voxi Mobile is. They fail massively and everything is so long arduous and a fight to sort out any simple customer service issues. This time I need to update my payment details the only way to contact them is through their in account chat. However I can't even login to ask for help.
You need to get a One time password to do so, the issue is they don't send one. when you request it you get an error message saying it doesn't work. So that's that. There is NO Customer services. Throughout the 12 months or so I've used them any time customer service comes up there are huge issues. In all my years of phone networks they're easily the worst!
They really know how to make someone furious.

Im still waiting on my sim.
The login function doesnt work because OTP isnt connected to my number because this wasnt requested at the point of signing up. Gawd knows where that notification is going to.
Impossible to speak to anyone. The chat bot was experiencing technical issues so my chat was shut down.
Really not good enough.
Edit> Within 40mins of my review I get a reply (below) directing me to respond via another platform to resolve(!) Sadly I swallowed the bait and messaged them. ...to absolutely no response.
Still no sign of my sim and no meaningful response or help whatsoever. I'd look elsewhere and I will be cancelling this payment for non delivery of service.

I decided to join Voxi ,so I purchased a sim card from my local convenience store, went on the Voxi website, choose the 140Gb plan with unlimited video data, unlimited social media, unlimited minutes and unlimited text,all for £15 a month on a free to cancel anytime plan, so no contract to sign up to,you're free to leave Voxi whenever you wish.
I spoke to customer service via web chat and my number was ported over on Monday afternoon,
You get a great signal with Voxi,good customer service if you need help, You can even get help in a Vodafone store if you have any problems. Id happily recommend Voxi to anyone.,I tried the rest but when back to the best 👌

Horrendous customer service. Misselling. Hidden charges. Waseem offered me a 12 month contract, then sent confirmation of a 24 month contract I hadn’t agreed to. I asked to be opted out of any free trials - Waseem opted me in to temporarily free trials which would charge after a period. I asked to keep the same number, that was an additional form. Now I have a different number for 48 hours which is really inconvenient for work. Told to log in to website - but non coherent advice, website didn’t work, and OTP code not received unable to log in. Simple stupidity eg “please user lowercase to enter username” but your username is numbers …. It’s like they’re not reading the message and just copy and pasting.

PLEASE READ AI BOT ANSWER BELOW. I DO NOT USE SOCIAL MEDIA IN ANY FORM.
I only use my phone for phone calls.
No social media. Only Apps on it are Shazam and Uber. Period. And no intention to add any further apps.
Setting up my new phone I somehow clicked on Voxi. Trying to cancel the account had been an unmitigated nightmare.
After spending hours on technical support, I FINALLY got the Voxi account cancelled.
But, now, when I try pay through MYVODAFONE, the website says that Voxi customers cannot pay through this link.
So I called Voxi, and when I told them my previous number, they said, call '191" [Vodafone support number].
And when I tried to sort it out through Vodafone they say, "Oh, you have to speak to Voxi customer support and have them unlink your account."
Catch-22 seems positively logical in this situation. Sissyphus shoving his boulder up the hill had it easier than any human being trying to contact another human being at Voxi.
I've finally given up.

Customer service is awful, ordered a sim card never arrived spoke to an agent completely useless. Had to order a new sim lo and behold it would not let me activate it. Spoke to another agent who put me on a completely plan with an Esim? useless and a waste of time so now i have to take my business elsewhere!
